Devs even went public, founded a foundation and now making the project more professional than ever.
You can call all those ICO projects that haven't coded anything yet but want your money up front a scams. Why this?
You know, I get that you want to throw dirt at SDC. But if you read the
official Particl website or the
official blogposts, you couldn't be saying made up things like this.
Instead of shouting "scam", try to give some legit reasons and we can talk. Or I can call you a scam and we'll get nowhere.

I don't know the source of your information, but it should be the other way around, Shadow project should be the one taking over Spectracoin, the market cap is far bigger than Spectracoin
It won't be neither. SDC won't exist after the transformation to PART. Simply, think of it as a rebrand. After that, SDC will be worthless, but that's not a problem for those who own it, as they'll get 1:1 PART in exchange + the opportunity to buy those extra 15%.
