miner was mining on the defualt pools at 325 mhs wow , but when i changed the pools all of a sudden it wont mine

gona try and restart it

seems like an issue with nicehash , other pools seem to work wierd

Couple of months back had same issues with my giants, strangely most connection problems was with nicehash pools for a lot of us. I couldnt connect for 2 days to eu pools, only us and china, after it solved. Contacted nicehash admin, they could not give a legit answer, tough if too many invalid shares given by a device, the ip is banned for a couple of hours. If anybody has issues, try a definitely working pool like suprnova or whatever, if miner still cant connect, than try to burn the image file again, link is on their website. So far nicehash works well for me.

I sent 0.72182 BTC  to address 1GHFCBgT9ouScAz95ERSbSpk2EKiS3RBbX within minutes after my order was confirmed. Order shows unpaid and baikal will not respond to my emails or repeated questions on skype

Had it answered quickly and had a follow-up email conversation with some additional questions, all answered promptly. It was yesterday. Those of you reading this thread and running any model of Baikal ASIC miners – would you please be so kind to share your personal recommendations on what pool it's best to mine and what algo/coin. I'm waiting for my Cube to arrive and the best idea I've got so far is to sell its hash power with X11 on NiceHash. I'm sure there are better and more profitable solutions that that, though! Please share your view and tips.

I'm mining x11 dash at suprnova but i heard https://www2.coinmine.pl/ was better for dcr and maybe dash. MUE looked the most profitable last time i checked

what do u mean as "better" for dash ?

May be more consistent with the reported hashrate (I read this from someone who switched from suprnova to coinmine for dcr)

To my knowledge they have only one skype account and all of the other ones are scammers.  The best way to handle it is to have them update your account on the website with payment info and then get the payment info from the website.  If the skype person says they can't or won't do that then you are probably not dealing with the legit baikal account.

Yep they specify the bitcoin or dash address in the order once they put in the exact coin amount to be paid. That is the only address that should be used.

I finally got an email reply from Baikal. They must have overlooked my order and apologized. My account on their website has now been updated to paid and shipped!
