C++ runtime problem that has nothing to do with the wallet.

windows 10 is problematic with apps, Probably wallet works best with the msvcr100 found in Microsoft Visual C++ 2010

just try download it from an official site and not 3rd parties

Download the source .zip and unpack it with "unzip" - https://mega.nz/#F!hnYHAbgb!0MgNu0CjQZ0pN-UD1npXCQ

Then just enter the directory and run coinonatd
