Can somebody help me with this. I have upgrade wallet 15.0.2.1 and now i can not (find) option to unlock wallet for staking. Can somebody help me to make my wallet staking again?

Is your wallet encrypted? If not, it doesn't need to be unlocked as it will stake automatically. If you have encrypted the wallet (as you should) just click the lock icon in the bottom right of the screen, enter password and click the "for staking only" box. If you're still having problems get on #help channel in slack its much busier  |

How will arbitration work?
One thing that kept me from buying off OpenBazaar was the arbitration. There's no-one to stop a dodgy seller from registering a bunch of extra accounts so they can judge on their own sales and cheat the system.
