When I ordered in July, I was aware of the negative sentiment towards pre orders and "the BFL experience" with the original BFL Singles. I prepared myself that this would be similar - it was. They are now delivering. Slowly. Just Like Before.

BTW People that ordered a mini-rig will make their money back in a few months even if the difficulty goes to 400 million, moron. Get a fucking clue.
No need for insults. After August it will be hard for every ASIC to be profitable. Whether it's a Jalapeno, a Single SC or a Mini Rig. And I doubt that the majority of BFL customers will have their miners by then.

New single case A bit hard to tell how bit it is without something next to it as a reference. It's about twice the size of the original single, and it has two fans inside, at opposite ends.

New single case That's a fancy box of fans they've got there. In all seriousness, I think it's just a box of fans. There isn't even a power brick plugged into it.

If there aren't push/pull fan configuration in that new case - .....
I'm just going to hope BFL did the obvious. BFL is good at dashing hopes, though.

FYi this is to be known as the Double... The Double W I D E to be precise. Apparently there were internal talks deciding to not call it that.. Seems obvious haha

At least you'll be able to connect them in series. Note the external cooling fan.

Yea right, troll away, it's about the same size as a Core 2 duo and it's heatsink/fan, which runs at 65watts all day. So the Jalapeno at 30watts is going to be a lot easier to cool.

Not when they stick it in a closed case with minimal ventilation.

Not when they stick it in a closed case with minimal ventilation. You mean the "closed case" with the airflow slots across the bottom and the fan that's as bit as a 65watt core 2 duo fan, maybe bigger?
