There is no point dumping Ethereum in a hurry. We have yet to see another All Time High for Ethereum for the year 2017. I am almost 100% certain that the previous All Time High of Ethereum that was a little more than $380 I guess will not be the All Time High of Ethereum for this year. We still have a couple months left. We might still see Ethereum breaking $400 in December.
I think just the opposite. In early December, Rootstock - smart contracts for Bitcoin will be launched. OpenZeppelin contracts are fully compatible with RSK, thus the primacy of the ethereum comes to the end. ATH will not see this year for sure. |

The Bitcoin community just used this idea from Ethereum to improve the Bitcoin system and help Bitcoin has more option instead of use Ethereum to make big deal as ICOs ... |

At this rate of volume growth, I think it is not advisable to reset the Ethereum . Ethereum have great potential and the price is not the limit of its capabilities

I shall accumulate some ETH. It has consolidated for some time and the price will be up. I'd be wary of doing such a thing, while $300 was consolidated and seemed like a good entry price the price has risen recently and now it's a case of how high can it go before the inevitable correction? I certainly wouldn't pay more than $400. |

They released some news about Casper. Search for casper on ethereum. It's an important upgrade. Moreover, proof of stake method will be applied on ethereum blockcahin, which means there is no more proof of work type mining of ethereum. These made the price go up a lot! |

Sorry for my ignorance, but wouldn't 'no more proof of work type mining of ETH' - wouldn't that cause uncertainty of confirmations? Also, why would something like this cause people to dump ETH? Seems like it would only help the price. |

I think there is still a lot of room for growth with this coin, and have no urgent plan to sell any of mine. Just plan on letting it sit in my wallet and see where the future brings it. I think we will see it continue to rise in 2018!

This will never end because ETH is the only project that continuously serve to the community. The price will pass $5,000 in the future before 2020. But 2020 is the BTC block halving year. Then BTC can make incredible things. |

This month ETH reached low Value $584 current value $817.This month total crypto world full dull. I think it's still continue end of this month then slowly recover will reach old place . Now dump all coins it will slowly grow in next month . Now Buy more coins.

Segwit is gaining strenght. BIP148 UASF is out scaring Jihad Wu. Altcoins in general too bubbled. Bitcoin looking strong at 900 floor.
Time to dump ETH and go back to BTC?

What is the particular reason this thread is resurrected? This thread has been here for almost a year already. Anyway, to answer a question that applies last year as much as today, it is not yet dumping time for your Ethereum (ETH). The come back is currently happening right now and I think Ethereum will successfully break the $1,000 resistance. From that point, Ethereum will easily get back to its $1,300 level and even go beyond that approaching $2,000.
