The recent partnerships and the price chart on general makes me extremely bullish on SNM. Have been watching it after it got added to Binance, but never pulled the trigger. Now seems like the best time to watch it, especially after the price corrected back after the fat (green) finger that happened with enormous volumes.

Agreed with you this is best opportunity to dive in into this project as they are doing best job and establishing this platform really well so that I also hope in future this will get more attention. Sonm is looking more promising than ever.

Last two days brought little bit uncertainty across the market and SNM has no exception in this case. Not all markets but vast majority showed changes in their prices but all this part of game. SONM team is working hard and goals will be achieved in long term as not easy to bring settled businesses towards something new. They are progressing but things look on track, this was development related and about price of token that will see appreciation in bull run by then sometimes up and other times down overall this will be.

Basically capital or traders' money is flowing back again to non-Bitcoin cryptocurrencies and ERC-20 tokens, them thinking the bottom is in and it is indeed the best maximum profitability to enter while the rest still cower in fear.

The tokenomics was the challenge the project faced at the begining, there was no plan to improve/increase the trade of such a great technology. I think the market trend in space on the adoption of partners is beneficial to the tokenomy. I might buy back a few into the project to be a beneficiary, cause my initial investment was a loss.

SONM fell so deeply from its all time high months ago, so I thought that from its bottom recently found, the SONM will rise considerably next few months.
And, the next year, might be a bright one for SONM as well as crypto.

Sonm is in over sold category although it recovering like other potential project but it is still under the radar project. This platform already have most advanced features so that it is easy to discover how big it could go in coming it is just beginning of this journey.

i think there should be an artical about sonm use that guide step by step to a user. it makes more easy for a user that how to use sonm platform.
and you are right about need more advertisement of sonm platform. sonm needs more liquidity because right now crypto bull will start at anytime in this year 2019

The other thing that is very important is a coinbase listing. Golem somehow got themselves into consideration and somn needs to do the same. It is surprising that they even mentioned them considering how far advanced somn is. Perhaps they have better marketing so somn needs to invest more here

Being listed on coinbase is really good achievement, if reached.
However, the coinbase has difficult requirements to accept listing requests on their platform.
SONM is a good project, obviously, but I don't know that it can pass Coinbase's requirements easily or not. Let's see.

So for SONM OS all we need is a standard windows PC, format the disk and erase everything, and then rebuild with SONM OS. From this point that PC will be used on the SONM network and it will start to collect SONM tokens?

haven't tried sonm os yet, but you can dual boot windows and sonm os i guess. you might also have to do some configuration which shouldn't be hard to do.

I was thinking that most of us will have an old PC lying around which is sitting in a cupboard doing nothing, or even an old laptop. Could that be upgraded and used as a sonm generator or does it need some kind of special configuration and meet minimum spec?

i've got an old laptop that i'm planning on using to mine on somn, i dont think you need anything special as the auto installer takes care of that

How long you would be able to run your laptop to min SOMN? I don't think to use laptop is a good idea, desktop computer is better than a laptop. You can desktop computer as long as you want but for laptop you cant do that.

A laptop is better. Low power consumption. My laptop participates in another network testnet which is sharing disk space. Like I said very low power consumption since it involves mostly the hard disk resource. It can't obviously use its CPU for PoW.

Okay but I think you cant run your laptop all time you have to switch off as it will be hot in few hours and on the other hand desktop computer needs a lots of time and if you have additional fan then it can run more than day even week.
