hopefully the team hires a community manager who is highly active!

it would significantly help them out...
useful suggestion. dev team  should be aware of that.

Oh we are here and we will assist you with questions.

Damn I just read that on Slack if it's true then it's no wonder the price is so low right now, besides the bad start with the delayed bonuses and bounties I just don't like the lack of communication from Dev team with the community but at this point it's hard to tell whether or not they'll deliver on the roadmap.

What lack of communication? The community manager answers questions in Slack daily and most of the devs are available on Telegram. Including the project leader. How are the delayed bonuses and bounties related to the good fundamentals of the project?

SONM has good fundamentals and tons of funding. They can't fail, they may screw up a couple of times(like every crypto business does) but in the end they will be succesful and holders will be happy.

It may seem like we don't speak much here on the forums.  That is because we are only here to answer questions, and pass along information.  Most people don't ask questions here they make statements.  And currently there isn't a lot of new information the dev team wants us to pass along.  But please if you have questions we will do our best to answer them or find you the answer.

So again we the community management team are here.  We read all the comments posted here all day long.  We were hired to answer questions.  It seems like most people here only make statements.  We also will not engage with trolls.  This means we don't end up saying much.

As per the white paper we will post updates here at least 1 time a week.  If you have questions we will answer them.  Or at the very least attempt to get you the answers.  We also pass on many of the concerns you have to the dev team.  We also pass a long the complaints all day long.

This project is 10 times more complex than Golem technically speaking. It should blast Golem away, too bad that hack happened at ICO. Hopefully it will recover ...
There was no hack.  SONM fucked up (lack of better terms here) displaying the exchange rate for non-eth.

Not true at all! There are a number of people here, including myself, who have been asking a very simple question for over one month, and never got any meaningful answer: when will we get our bonus? How can the team explain that they didn't manage to fix those issues yet, one month past the ICO's end?
Then why don't they show their transparency, by disclosing the details of their calculations, so we could eventually help to spot any error and find a solution?

We are not making statements, but questions, and we're eager to see some reply,

Money is a hoax. Debt is slavery. Consumerism is toxic.

The slack community manager is actually highly active and I also suspect he's not one person but 2 or more guys using one account as you can spot some notable difference in the level of English sometimes. Here in BTT is where support is not that active, but it's not that big of a deal. You can always just go to the slack channel and ask your question there. Community support usually either answers the questions or asks the devs himself on Telegram if I'm not mistaken.

Yes the same question from all investors
Is the bonus issue for non eth investor already solved?
I heard from some users that there is a bonus difference between eth and non eth.

The way they are resolved is people were asked to email the bonus issues in.  Support then reviewed the claims.  They awarded bonuses to valid claims.  They gave detailed explanations to people who were incorrectly claiming they were owed a bonus.

Are all the bonus issues resolved?  No and they will like persist for a very long time as some people have still yet to submit their first email about a missing bonus.

Example: Someone reads this post today.  They say hey I wonder if I am owed a bonus still?  I should look into that as I haven't done so yet.  They send an email and low and behold they are owed a bonus.  Sonm issues that bonus.  This could go on for years.  Other coins have has distribution issues that they had to correct that people waited over a year to finally ask for their coins.

The only way you can truly stop all the bonus issues is by putting a deadline date to submit inquires.  I don't believe that is planned.

The lack of information causes FUD. When I read financial report from LISK, I was so impressed. That makes me have good feeling toward LISK.

If you bought at the top, you may be angry, I understand.
But if that happened, do not panic and just hold.  You will eventually get a high return after a while.
This is the market, this is crypto

Are all the bonus issues resolved?  No and they will like persist for a very long time as some people have still yet to submit their first email about a missing bonus.

So I was quiet as I promised, but this is just revolting.

This is simply not true!! I got no answer whatsoever about my bonus and exchange rate, even posting it publicly here so that anyone can actually verify it, don't even need to trust what I'm saying. There is no bigger proof than actual facts, you can't escape this and your other nickname tried to distort my message but failed.

You are yet to explain your criteria for bonus and exchange rates, no word anywhere, this is disrespectful and the community wont trust projects that lie to accommodate their failures, lack of transparency=you wont ever do anything in this space again.

Now maybe me, Jack0m and others are trolls just because we are complaining, right?

There is no success in this world without network effect. You guys screwed up and still refuse to make amends, you persist in creating an unfriendly and trust-lacking environment with your investors, this is why your token is being dumped and now there is not even anyone interested in buying it. Telegram or slack won't save you even if you ban all of those who dare to inquire you.

Repeating dozens of times a lie won't ever make it a truth. You didn't solve the issues, period. But worse, now you lie saying there were emails detailing why the claims didn't hold, incredible the audacity!! We don't need to do anything, you guys destroy your reputation alone. You won't sweep this under the carpet, I promise you that.

You would think it would be listed already. Other coins that brought in far less were on trex nearly the next day.
Something is going on as to why Bittrex won't list this token.

Now that bounties are released, and I bought like 5x the amount i purchased in ICO.
I'm just going to put them in my eth wallet and forget about SOMN.

It's just too miserable to watch this coin crash and burn. Other opportunities exist right now, so maybe in 6months we can see some sort of profit?!!

Depending on the bonuses people got, the average price for ICO was about 5000 satoshi so like 3 times what it is right now.

So I sent an email there a few days after the ICO and never got an answer. Sorry it isn't the response you want to hear.
