Let me try to explain the classic mistakes in your situation.
The most common mistake of all non-ETH investors is that tokens are credited according to the time of the bitcoin\altcoin transaction confirmation.
There is no classical mistake as you didn't say anywhere what would be the timestamp or criteria, you are conveniently choosing the time you imputed the transactions manually as will be clear from my comments below.
As you know, in all bitcoin-friendly services, you need to wait for confirmation of the transaction (in our case, 3 confirmations), and only after that transaction completes (for example, any exchange).
Yes I know that and my second transaction, the one I got more losses because of you, had
18 confirmations when I sent to your support an email saying I could not see it through. So you are not telling the truth as it will be clear below.
Only hours later the tokens were moved to my wallet, and your support sent me an email saying "hey, here is your tokens" right after the time the tokens were sent, just really right after, thus suggesting very strongly you did it manually.
Bonuses are calculated not according to the time when you sent your funds, but according to the transaction confirmation time.
Again, you didn't explain it anywhere and, again, I know very well tokens were not sent after 3 confirmations simply because I had much more than this and only hours after you sent the tokens. Looking at the very same links you posted below this will be proven.
Of course it makes sense that the tokens are sent within some confirmation in BTC blockchain, of course. But you didn't establish any parameter and you even said here that the
timestamp of transaction would be counted. That's why I took the trouble to calculate for you the numbers you yourself, based on your own said parameters, could not calculate alone. Granted, not even the mined block time was respected by you as we will see below.
You don't need to believe, it is in the blockchain so anyone can check. Since you like proofs, how about a real proof looking at my second transaction?

How do you explain that now??? This shows without any doubt you gave tokens the moment you chose, thus turning what could be a technical mistake in a convenient form of delivering less tokens, that's the only conclusion since you are incapable of admitting your mistakes and the big mess in your ICO.
Do you think I and others are idiots? 10:34:09 PM +UTC is the time YOU imputed the transaction in ethereum blockchain.

By your own example we see again how you screwed up the ICO. You sent those tokens only in Jun 15 at 10:34:09 PM UTC, but my transaction was mined in Jun 15 at 8:15:31 PM UTC. So, again, how full of bullshit are you? I'm so glad everybody is seeing how you guys lie and try to manipulate.
And you say I deliberately mislead everyone? You are a bunch of incompetent brats who got caught and now put the blame in who caught you. It is right there the time I sent the money, 17:40:08 UTC, there is nothing false about what I said moron, you came here and in slack to say the timestamp of transaction would be respected, the transaction was sent 17:40:08 UTC, period.
You, on the contrary, is deceiving people here on daily basis saying things will be solved in 1 or 2 days, for how long? Weeks. Then you say bonuses are solved, then they are not solved anymore. Geez! You just got busted once more above. Even disregarding the transaction time, and considering mined blocks time as YOU YOURSELF want, you sent me the tokens hours after, 2 hours and 19 minutes for the first one, 4 hours and 41 minutes for the second. The second I even had it accelerated half dozen times.
Let me put yet another proof of my honesty. The second transaction I asked for a time which was WORSE for me in BTC price, the price of BTC was worse the time I sent the transaction in comparison with the time you imputed it manually: 2549.07 USD was what I asked for the transaction at 08h04m24s AM of june 17th, you sent me tokens at 12:46:20 PM and BTC price was 2596.03 USD. Why I did it? Because I didn't want to con you, I want to put a fair request and that you gave me the correct exchange rate. How do you like them apples?
Yeah and you chose the worst exchange rate to give to me. That's why you keep ignoring the exchange rate issue. Why didn't you comment on that??? What was the exchange rate you used, hmm?
