i just found out there is a new announcement regarding the token swap which has been posted yesterday, 6th april 2019 on medium:
Due to the hack Cryptopia suffered in mid January of 2019, 109 million Voise tokens were stolen from the Cryptopia exchange. These 109 million tokens represent 12% of our total supply. To mitigate the damage we immediately requested deposits be frozen on all exchanges to prevent the hacker from dumping the tokens on those exchanges. This due diligence action effectively blocked the hacker from dumping 12% of the supply into those exchanges.
The Current Swap is needed to block any future actions by the hacker. We have created a new token supply using the same VOISE trading symbol. Some exchanges have agreed to swap internally to the new supply, and contract address. This is a very complex process and requires coordination with several exchanges, Coinmarketcap.com, Etherscan.io, myetherwallet.com and various other services to update the information that direct people to the correct contract address, and token information.
We are keeping the Cryptopia supply locked in a wallet for Cryptopia until they get to the Voise project and deal with the hacked supply. Currently they are overwhelmed with requests and have been unable to respond to our inquiries. We look forward to working out a plan to restore Voise tokens to their client customer base.
The swap will be ongoing for some time, as we will need to manually verify some of the swaps. The swap will be ongoing until further notice.

You may have noticed a very slight increase of token supply, these are company tokens and due to our new corporate structure.
