In Minexbank, Dashboard, it took me some time to realize I've more parkings than what the dashboard shows.
I guess some beginners won't try the Parkings page and may think some have misteriously disappeared...

Maybe you could simply add a count and a total here, something like (fictive numbers):

Minexpool works fine. On telegram you can find the pools list. You can contribute by mining elsewhere than suprnova to distribute the hashrate if you are worried.

Minexpool doesn't work fine - I tried it for a month - I had full nights or hours of either site or stratum problems.
This seems normal for you (and I've seen it going down to zero...) ?

Somebody is attacking the stratum protocol. Pool owner can probably explain better.

It's not about advertising: It's about information. For example, your last video contain crucial information about understanding expected growth & stuff (How is calculated percents in Minex bank).
It's very hard to find this kind of information for a new guy.

Hello, I have advised a friend to invest in Minex and now it seems he got F-d by your wallet (which is kind of bad). We had funds in our wallets and balances shown in bank. Mine is still there, in both bank and wallet. His bank displays the amount also but in the wallet his address is gone and there is a new one there, he can't reach the old address in any way as we both have no clue how did it disappear in the first place. He did not uninstall, reinstall or do anything with the wallet. The funds are still in this address, they are still parked, he is still earning from parking. A really ridiculous situation caused by your wallet error.

I do the parking and it's all fine, maybe not all experience the obstacles as you tell me, so far I have never experienced interference, I suggest immediately contact support@minexsystems.com,

Yes. But if you will do few simple steps it will not. You must press in wallet Settings---options--wallet---enable coin control and in sending menu you will see custom change adress. put there your bank adress. And you must tick box Subtract fee from amount. And that it

Enable first the coin control feature to make sure that you have the balance on that address alone. If you fall below the parked amount, all your remaining parked will get affected resulting to cancellation of it.

Hummm - I don't want to sell ;-) but don't get it.

I have only 1 MNX address, say address "A".
I've 100 MNX and 80 parked (on the address "A") and would like to sell 10 MNX (not parked, but also in address "A").

What does it change to use the Custom change address button and copy the address as "A" as all the MNX are in the address "A" anyway?
I'm not sure to understand...

You already got the answer in your question. The only problem sometimes was the multiple addresses. Enabling the coin control feature can manage to solve your problem.
