All I was saying that the first video of payment were used by an ING Atm machine which I assume had some connection with the minex wallet ...I dont know...I was connecting the bank money laundry news back in september with the fact that one of its atm was used for the test payment 
that wallet is just a facade they put on top of a normal crypto to fiat card...lol

The test cards have nothing to do with crypto.

There is a balance in FIAT US$ or EUR on the test cards and that deducts when transactions are made.

The crypto part which supposedly converts "crypto to crypto" like an exchange or "crypto to FIAT" like exchange to bank withdrawals are a separate function not related to test cards.

That FIAT is then sent to the card balance allowing funds to be used with the "crypto visa/mastercard" and that is how all the prepaid "crypto" cards work

I would say very very soon considering it was announced yesterday that first batch of customer info was send to the bank for card issueing and that today, just now, people are being asked to supply them with their shipping address.

They did not take legal action against Novarise.

They did not take legal action against Chain2Pay (sister company) when Minexsystem made false statements on Twitter and on this forum then blamed in on Chain2Pay

So exactly what grounds do the company have to legal action against anyone here?

How Minex can deliver card without making issuing contract first ?? It is not possible or legal.

These cards are not branded, valid Minex card,but ordinary bank company card which Minex is desperately pushing forward as a legal,valid one. They did not learn absolutely nothing from previous cases.

Why Minex is constantly using misleadings,disinformations,half-truths and lies to make false impression about payment card situation?

Only after immense pressure and presentation of irrefutable evidences they are starting to say some truth.The moment pressure subside,here we go again,invalid test cards become valid branded cards by pure magic.

Like people who lead Minex really wants to push theirs reputation to absolute zero or they really dont care about it at all.Stop manipulate people,stop lying. When you make valid payment card issuing contract,make announcement.Then finish all needed regulations and when first batch of branded,valid cards come ,make some pictures to prove it,test your software,etc.

People should be extremely cautious,because VISA or Mastercard can block such invalid cards any time due to serious violations of regulations and freeze funds on theirs card accounts.

VISA and Mastercard have quite a specific regulations and it is explicit that you cant use third party cards to issue them to your customers.It is strictly forbidden.You have to make issuing contract and after finishing necessary procedures and getting design approval and contract with card manufacturer.There is no workaround about it.It is required.

If you dont do that, your cards will be cancel so fast that you cant imagine.And not just that,they will put you on the blacklist permanently or for some period depends how deep you violated regulations. You really think that other companies who issued crypto related payment cards were stupid to follow all these regulations and spent 8-10 months to get branded card?? They didnt do it because they liked it ,but because they were aware that there is no shortcut in this process and didnt want to face perma ban from card issuers.

Bank isn't just going to issue cards to a company which isn't compliant. Minexsystems isn't stupid. They very well know what they are doing.

In telegram it waa already said that if you had card specific  problems you can contact the bank. And for minexpay related things congact minexsystems.
This means the bank is ussieing the cards directly to customers as a normal ordinary  debit card like or their normal clients.
So everybody will have a normal bank account with them. Minexpay has access to the transaction history and loads the cards by sending money to it.  Loading a debit card with cash is not forbidden you know.

I agree with you because it seems they are still overplaying their hand. Using test cards give no guarantee of actually getting a contract in place and a bunch of cards printed ready to use.

The bank would require liquid capital to cover fees to create cards and the finances of Minexsystem are not exactly looking great. Maybe things will become clearer in the coming days because I would like to know how they will fund their card issuer fees.

About software and things like that it is not a difficult issue to get around because there are ready made all-in-one packages available which cover billing, fees and everything. They can be selected when you sign a deal with a Visa/Mastercard program manager but that has to link with their crypto-FIAT software conversion and that is probably going to require a FIAT buffer which needs to be in place before the cards get sent out if a eal is in place therefore more expense.
