From what I gather (dont quote me on this, I'm just following the telegram chat):

- ICO raised approx 32btc, not enough for threshold so investors will be refunded next week.
- Those who still want XLC coins for their investment should be able to receive via Hitbtc rate.
- The wallet client will be released sometime next week.
- Mining will commence sometime next week.
- Bounties distribution is being decided, given the risk of freebie dumping.

Personally I'd like hear more about the mining situation.
