Make sure to create a backup of your wallet (File -> Backup Wallet) to your favorite location
Delete leviarcoin data folder:
Windows: Open explorer, go to %APPDATA% folder, delete leviarcoin folder
If you have issues during sync (or to sync faster), download blockchain (block ~50000) here: Download BlockChain
Close wallet, extract ZIP file into the correct data folder and restart wallet.
Start LeviarCoin Wallet and Restore your wallet! (File -> Open Wallet)

Everything was done according to the instructions, it took an hour and a half, the purse was synchronized.

Also I'm offered to download leviarcoin-blockchain.zip, but there is a quota.
