Hello, as you can read in our Bank memorandum "first three months from November 1, 2017, will be the period of creation and development of the MNX exchange market. The market will be formed in stages due to different terms of trades launching on various exchanges. In addition, there will be a process of testing and debugging the algorithm of Minexbank's operation in real conditions (the development of a database and response tools). So here is what I did just in case someone else has the problem. I opened the minexcoin file and deleted everything but the wallet.dat file. I then downloaded the the zip file and ran the minexqt.exe file. The wallet opened, synced, and my coins where in the wallet.
