HOW TO HELP THE CHAIN AND MINE THE BLOCKS The current Blockchain Hull is due to mining difficulty which is making it impossible to mine blocks and move the chain . We need a lot of hash power to move it and for that we need everyone's support . GUIDE 1st ) Register & Create Workers STRATUM : stratum+tcp://eqt.suprnova.cc:2408 First step is to make an account at https://eqt.suprnova.cc/ After making the account you need to create workers ( These workers will be the one which will help you mine EQT ) 2nd ) Rent a Rig Now you need to go to : https://www.miningrigrentals.comRegister and Make an Account Deposit Bitcoin After this you need to rent a rig . GO HERE :- https://www.miningrigrentals.com/rigs/scrypt Now you need to add your workers details which you created at supernova Now you are ready to go , check the hash rate and go to https://www.miningrigrentals.com/account/myrentals to see the performance . Thanx for the info , I am mining Helps a lot I will rent a rig and start mining too . Diff is too high tough

Please mine to move the chain .
Hey I have read your guide to mine by renting a rig, unluckily I can´t rent one now, so I am using cpuminer to mine with my CPU. THe question is, do you know how long does it usually take for suprnova to update its stats? Or I did something wrong because I don´t see my worker as active. Thanks

I have done CPU/GPU mining in the past with suprnova and within a few minutes my stats were showing on the site. Same for mining through miningrigrentals.com Did you verify your worker name and password in cpuminer?

UPDATE :EQT Blockchain switch over to new difficulty re-target algorithm would take place on 14:00 GMT August 11 . Github : https://github.com/equitrader/EquitraderWe would be contacting pools and exchanges to update their code base to the the current code . The switch over would happen automatically so after 14:00 GMT the chain would be mining blocks with new difficulty re-target code . For Users having EQT in their wallets , they need to update the wallet , nothing special has to be done . Please don't forget to backup your wallet . All balances etc will be retained when running the new client, nothing special needs to be done

Only wait or is there some risk to lost coins?

Yes so what is the official word from the dev on what to do with our coins on the exchange? Had some one dump a nice little bag over night on one of my buy orders around the time this news dropped.

If I understood correctly in telegram, you'll have to withdraw from Criptopia after 11 August, to swap with new coins and when Criptopia list EQT with new coins, you can add them back if wish to trade.

any confirmation on what exchange will be doing the swap?
makes the most sense to have coinexchange do it since they hosted the ico, I'd expect most dormant investors to hold EQT there then anywhere else

Let's say you've got 10,000 EQT and you miss the 10-day "swap" window. Does that mean you're out 6,000 dollars (at the current price of 60 cents per EQT)?
If so, there definitely needs to be a much longer window than 10 days. People invest in projects like this with the idea of "holding" long term; they're not constantly checking the price or threads like this (they're expecting months or maybe even a year or more to pass before the project really takes off). It's insane to think they'd just lose all their money because they didn't hear about a "swap" that happened over a 10-day period.
On that note: Isn't there some way to eliminate the "window?" If Bitcoin Cash automatically went to everyone who owned Bitcoin, isn't there a way to accomplish something similar with the new EQT token?
