First question, answered. My GPU Is an ATI Radeon 3100. (It is onboard. Old stuff.) Here is the Log:

 [15:31:48] clDevicesNum returned error, no GPUs usable
 [15:31:48] 0 GPU devices max detected

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

did you already installed AMD SDK?
http://developer.amd.com/tools-and-sdks/opencl-zone/amd-accelerated-parallel-processing-app-sdk/
some card don't works fine without openCL sdk..
just give it a try

Do Other miners like claymore, optiminer or even minergate recognize the card?

Further on your question, I don't think that will be a good idea to mine with just one card
