First question, answered. My GPU Is an ATI Radeon 3100. (It is onboard. Old stuff.) Here is the Log:

did you already installed AMD SDK?
http://developer.amd.com/tools-and-sdks/opencl-zone/amd-accelerated-parallel-processing-app-sdk/some card don't works fine without openCL sdk..
just give it a try
