What did you buy for money won?

After I won 0.17 BTC in a poker tournament this summer, which was the biggest win my life btw, I spent half of it on taking my wife to different nice restaurants. It was a great time. I have never won nothing even close to that amount, neither before nor after, because in a tournament like that there's a huge buy-in and I don't do that, I don't play with money I can't afford to lose. The ticket was given me for free, that's why I had that opportunity.

It's nice to see our fellow gamblers can buy something in real life using the winning money, i hope i can do that someday. Because i never can buy that in real life, i always greedy when it comes into gambling even when i win, i will gamble more to get more winnings.

If you consider gambling as an income source and want to earn through gambling then I will suggest you dropping the idea. It is also not a wise act to become a greedy person. It actually increases the chances of becoming a poor. Gambling is so random and non reliable.

Very well said.I dont know why some people do suggest gambling knowing that this thing is really dangerous because we do know this game will potentially lose up your money.In those times we do won on it then better to secure it already rather than on deciding to play it again on gambling site.For sure those winnings would really be lose up again or take it back to the house for sure.Dont let your greed control you.

I often hear a word of wisdom like you, but in the gambling world it's hard to be like that.I've done it save my winning results and capital to play I don't save,the next day I play back and win with the same winning.In 7 days I did a similar thing but did not run smoothly,I lost control and lost continually until finally I deposit for the last time hoping to win and restore my lose but they all vanished there is a sense of curiosity.

It would really be hard to be like this on the thing which i have said.Securing your money not to play gambling on those funds is nearly impossible because once you know that you do have still some money on your pocket to play gambling you would definitely go back into another day and play with those funds and wont stop until you do lose it all.

Atleast you did't loose all the same day and ifor me particularly if i see the losing streak is getting too long i will just rest on it and wouldn't gamble  for a while. not everyone is disciplined enough to quit at the early stages of losing though and for such they can go ahead to loose everything.

This is the common thing do happen on most gambler which they wont really stop as long they dont able to lose everything that they have on their pocket on that particular day.I do strongly believe that most gamblers do really have this kind of mindset.Once you do make money on gambling on the same day you will surely play it even more.

Usually money won will use to pay my needs, my girlfriend and my debts. I would enjoy the life after a stress bet with the House. So actually it's depend on the won money too, cause i can buy for me something valuable like a smartphone or a tablet or a modern fashion watch . There is only gambling can earn money but many ways to spend those won money.

I have won huge amounts only a few times in my life, and the one I am currently having memory of is the one I won on bustabit, it was quiet fun and also tense too. I play with different strategies and at that particular time I was using fibonacci sequence, so I was big in start and suddenly I was in losing streaks of under 2x so I kept on doubling the initial amount and I was draining my bankroll for chasing a single win and then I reached at my last bet possible of 1btc and then I won that game at 3x so that made me 1 btc rich. Then I brought an iPhone and a ps4 with the money won and rest I kept in my savings wallet.

i think not much people get the fortune to win frequently enough , especially a big winning. people usually use the money they have got to buy things like a new gadgets, cars , house etc. and rarely i see people use it for investment i mean like to buy share or something like produce money again later, it could be the best option i think rather than just spend it on useless stuff.

If you were gambling professionaly you would have a plan and strategy. I gamble for fun so winnings are just frittered away. If I was a high roller I would be able to buy more with my winnings.

If a person is suggesting you gambling, never ever talk to that guy again. He is pushing you to hell. Gambling is not a good activity.

If someone loves his health and wealth, he must stay away million miles away from this. Still, if someone is determined to play this game, he must not get greedy and play with a very limited amount. This way he will just waste a little time at most.

Never won a big amount at bitcoin casinos, but once I won nice amount at fiat lottery few years ago. I won around $10k after I spent few months buying lottery every day and had lost more than $3k. Strategy is not quite enough for win on gamble, you also need more bits and luck like OP said. you shouldn't take the profit you get for granted there are people who gamble daily for hours and get only losses you are spending on someone that is good but don't use that money to gamble again just save or spend it like you did before

People are playing gambling not because of the profit it because the fun that they get in gambling and not every one are lossing their money in gambling few of them are managing to win over gambling and if they won they saving it and use it for another kind of gamble. When im winning im not spending my money into nothing im re investing it inco ico or i trade it into alternative coins which is can easily grow their but most of the time i buy items that i can use daily

Spend it on something that you can use it later in the future or to sell it again later.
That is a good decision for me , rather than to make your money just disappeared again becaus of your gambling habit.
Some clothes, gifts, and good foods might be fine , but will be better when you spend it for something like property? Isn't it a good idea?

I guess you are the one that does not understand. Gambling is not about what you buy with your money. It is about enjoying the money you got from your winnings in gambling. If that guy was happy about a drink why do you care? i am not buying anything for money won and i only save it in my wallet, i am not yet withdraw again but for the last time i make withdraw, my amount of bitcoin is include with my money won and my trading profit, so i make withdraw in my currency. after that, i bought android phone and the rest of the money, i use to buy some food to eat with my brother and sister. the other of my bitcoin, i am investing in gambling site, but i am not make big profit, but its no problem for me.

Saving is a good idea and it will help you in your future. But what i feel means if we make any money in gambling that we will lose in either gambling or that money will go without knowing us. Most of the time we can spend that money freely without thinking much. But when we are spending our hard work we can think a lot. That is what i will do means suppose if i win any big amount i will buy something from that money. Atleast this will give one type of satisfaction.
