How do you measure when a person is participating in the bounty program for bitcointalk.org, if a  person only has a signature but is not posting 10-15 approx. posts a week as suggested, do they get rewards? or if they don't have the signature but they are posting, do they get rewards at any case? if a person is posting but doesn't have an avatar do they get rewards as well?

I think you misunderstood what he wants to ask. The "Reward" he is asking based on my understanding is the payment. If so, the payment will be after the ICO is finished. That would be 5% of the total funds raised. Out of that 5%, 50% of the distribution will be on the Signature Campaign and the payment will depend on how many stakes you have.

The reward you mentioned is "Stake". That was distributed every week if and only if you joined before the distribution and you reach the minimum post. It will be listed in the spreadsheet and not yet sent to your address.

Interested to know this as well. Apparantly some projects need you to add a custom token, while with others it's enough to just receive the token on an ETH address?
