In  your case C-cex is not at the fault as transaction has gone through, you have to follow up Yobit and don't worry your coins will be deposited once the wallet gets synced. Most you can do is take the block number of your transaction and check if the Yobit wallet is synced upto that particular block, if not you have to wait else contact Yobit support.

my coins steel blocked in blockchain more then 1 month and i know that wen you withdrawal your coins to X wallet and this wallet is in delayde status those will retourne to your balance i have than the same think with bcc in Livecoin i have deposit in a dress of bcc at yobit the transaction is down and i have confirm the withdrawal from Livecoin but i don't have receve them in yobit because bcc in Livecoin is bitcoccectcoin and bcc in yobit is bit coin cash and i have written to support of Livecoin then after 24 hour my withdrawal is canceled an my coins retourne in my balance at Livecoin
