Bitcoin can give people power, financial capability, we know bitcoin is able to trade with USD so, its have chance to used in a corruption. Sspecially in this digital currency. A decentralized economy is a very much complex and every transaction are quite impossible to tract. It will be better for the governments to legalize the crypto currencies and then legislate accordingly to not let it to use in criminal activities. In my opinion is not to make corruption but can be used as a tool for money exchange and payment of corruption. that means like money laundering, because bitcoin itself does not have record in government it will be easier for corruptor to use bitcoin / altcoins as payment for corruptor. if in a transaction using fiat then the government can be very easy to transcend all recording transactions that occur, when using bitcoin the government can not track the flow of funds used by corruptors, because there is no clear regulation of digital money so the more easy to use bitcoin as a tool exchange / payment.
