No one can guarantee what will happen in the future with any crypto project. However, this team is highly focused and dedicated to developing this coin. As stated earlier in the ann, invest any money at your own risk. This coin does stake very well. So if you do purchase any coins make sure to stake them on your personal wallet so you can get some more coins. This coin is going in a great direction and this is just the start.

Only the original DEV can change the OP and the original Dev left the project. Once the new wallets with the new logo are finished there will be a new ANN made. EDIT - https://www.coinexchange2.com/market/TRANCE/BTC Is the current address.

Also, as soon as we reach $50,000 daily trade volume we can get on coinmarketcap. The moment we reach that mark I will submit Trance so we can get on coinmarketcap.

Everything is risk.. getting out of bed is risk... going outdoors without your flu shot is a risk
Trancecoin is backed by nothing- Just like Bitcoin, Ether or the rest of the altcoins. Cryptocurrency is a pure speculators market, and we make no guarantees about this coin. We are just getting it back to on track and attempting to make our investment function like the altcoin it is. If you choose to gamble / invest in cryptocurrency- that is your personal choice. I'm not here to tell anyone to sell or buy anything. We purchased the coin on the open market like the rest of you, and when the coin started to waste away we decided to get it back to some state of normalcy. We do not control the markets, and cannot give any type of price predictions as the entire blockchain environment could change at any time. When/If regulation(s) were to be put in place- we would have no control over the requirements put forth by a regulatory agency / governing body.
Do your Due Diligence
Good Luck

omg $50,000 daily? we will never be there Yes we will, that is not a very hard number to reach. We have been pretty close a couple times already. Once more people become aware of the project and it gets developed more it will surpass $50,000 daily volume easily.

Slow and steady wins the race!
It looks like someone wanted some TRANCE, and they got it =)
Eventually, the bottom is absorbed and the coin moves up.
Good luck to everyone!!

DISCLAIMER - The Image is part of a mockup of a potential Trance platform UX/UI. THIS IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL PRODUCT! This will be used to demonstrate how we would like for our "potential" program to function & flow. Just a small progress report. The blue lines connecting the images are linking a specific object (button/icon/text) to a function and when the end-user clicks or taps on the object specified- it performs that function. Utilizing Adobe Experience** and program called Phone Gap*** we can test these functions out on mobile devices such as phones or tablets. It will look and function differently as time progresses. OG UX/UI folks- have to tip my hat to all of you (love what you do & I'm trying to get better day by day)! ** http://www.adobe.com/products/xd.html*** https://phonegap.com/

Hi there!
This is very impressive project. I have a question.
How many coins are there in total? Thanks!
Total Coins: 51851852 This was the amount listed on the Github from the previous developer. We have found that the coin IS NOT Hardcaped = no limit at this time. We will have to fork the coin in the future to softcap Trancecoin and to add a diminishing block reward. We will attempt to keep the max number of coins as close to the original github posting. We understand the values of low coin-counts and low float/marketcap coins. This Necessary fork is currently being discussed. Other details Trance Coin Pow / PoS Trance Coin is a Pow / PoS based cryptocurrency For the lovers of Trance/Dance Music Name - Trance NOTE Tancecoin PoW phase is OVER, it IS NOT MINEABLE you can only get it by MINTING the coins in your wallet installed locally Algo - Scrypt PoW/PoS Last PoW - 10000 64s Block TimeDiif change Target - 1 Block Tx confs - 20 blocksPos - 35% per yearTot Coins - 51851852 Rpc Port - 12502 Block Reward - 100 64 seconds per block, and 20 confirmations : 64x20= 1280 seconds or roughly 21.3 minutss to fully be confirmed and usable in your wallet (you will usually receive the initial payment confirmation in one minute to one minute and ten seconds) Current getinfo { "version" : "v1.0.0.0-g32a928e", "protocolversion" : 60013, "walletversion" : 60000, "balance" : 0.00000000, "newmint" : 0.00000000, "stake" : 0.00000000, "blocks" : 360817, "timeoffset" : 0, "moneysupply" : 12863063.55894199,"connections" : 7, "proxy" : "", "ip" : "000.000.000.000", "difficulty" : { "proof-of-work" : 14.68982908, "proof-of-stake" : 0.13332425 }, "testnet" : false, "keypoololdest" : 1516830991, "keypoolsize" : 101, "paytxfee" : 0.00000000, "mininput" : 0.00000000, "errors" : "" } Hope this helps.

DISCLOSURE Since the Previous user asked, and we wanted to find out for sure.
We asked the coder about a soft/hard cap and if there were any diminishing block reward
It looks like the original developer DID NOT HARD CAP, and they didn't code in a Diminishing block reward
We WILL have to fork the coin in the future to put in this soft cap. We are sorry for any confusion this may have caused, and we're actively looking at our options.
This is one of the potential hazards of working on old coins- sometimes you have to get other people to dig with you before we can truly know what we have.

this is the idea- we softcap the coin, and have it with a diminishing block reward so that the pos phase continues to pay out a smaller amount until we reach the soft cap. at the soft cap it would only mint a few coins just to cover the coins functionality
the more I think about this.. the more I see that none of the coins will actually work
With Bitcoin, it's only a PoW.. if the block reward is less that the cost of operation then people will no longer mine it. A pow requires miners to process transactions
a pos relies on wallets (clients) running to process the transactions
but if you cap a coin- then the pos doesn't really matter
starting to get the funny feeling that all cryptocurrency has been set up to fail from the beginning
We would like the input from the community about how you would like to see Trancecoin progress

I personally don't think that there is a need for a fork within the near future. With the low supply currently of only 13 million coins I don't think there will be a massive issue with too many coins being created right now. I think a little further down the road when the supply starts to surpass 20 -25 million then we should revisit the idea of lowering the new coin generation. I think a simple change in the POS percentage would be more than enough to slow down the generation of coins.
