This is really is interesting project quantum project you should start developing the site and do many campaigns I already see that you were having a social media campaign and that was very nice but remember to put many info in your site.

Look at here http://www.quantumproject.org/ the site has already prepared by the developers which is available on the OP from the start and all the details about their information is available on their site. I think you did not read the OP or maybe you did not noticed that link on OP.

Yes ! If you were able to spend some time to read this topic from the page 1 to know what it is about, you would know it already ! It has been posted... And if you were able to spend some time to read about the project and the disscussion you would noticed this has been replied already by @QUANTUM-Project

Do you have a roadmap and whitepaper already available?

They have a whitepaper there if you visit the website. You can click the link in these threqd posted by sir yahoo. It is in the top most of the site next to About.  I dont think they released a road map, though you can viait the sitenor ask them.

I might have missed but it doesn't say in website or whitepaper how many tokens in total there will be or how is the distribution - allocated to devs, bounty or in main ico. Only says 1/3 will be for pre-sale.

The total amount will be made based on the amount of funds collected on their pre-sale period so clearrly there is no specifics to that .
They only said that 1/3 will go to early adopters and 2/3 will go to the liquidity pool . I'm guessing that they will pay bitcoin for the bounties like what they are doing in signature campaign. Graphics are nice but no further explanation on how funds will be handled, or how devs will be incentivized to work over the long term and not just take the funds and leave the project.

Barely any pertinent info about the ICO...

I really planned to answer your question but I changed my mind when I've seen that you asked who's the escrow . It's so obvious that you didn't bother to read even the OP and the latest replies . It has been repeated over and over again in this thread .

if next open main ico selling open bounty payment use quantum coin
maybe open facebook campaign and twitter campaign, open signature campaign payment use quantum coin is very good
same with iconomi coin, early promotion use signature campaign payment bitcoin and then open bounty payment use iconomi coin too

agree with you, at this pre-sale use bitcoin as payment and in the next step,, if the dev want to make another bounty such as facebook bounty, twitter bounty, etc,, use Quantum token as payment dev

xaurum project was legit, i don't think this won't be as xaurum ceo will also be managing this quantum.

Agreed, strange is that they have their address on the "About us" page on their site.

Still watching this although not too fond of anon devs asking for investments which is holding me back from spending a dollar on this one.
