Good point you have here, but not all coins come to the point where they gonna cost more then dollar. I wouldn`t invest 1 btc in only one altcoin, I would invest that btc in more then couple for sure. First one is litecoin, now price is around 14 $, and I think that price will go more up. I don`t know why I have some lisk and I still think that lisk will grow more then now, my investment in lisk is on double right now. DGB is something that draw my attention, its rising and some people think it will go more up. So I would invest in this 3 coins for now, and I would find one more or two interesting coins.

Spent the half of it in Dodge coin because the dodge coin price is so small so with just small pump or dump of coin that will have a big impact in the half on my investment with dodge coin besides the dodge coin is one of the most stable coin so It's worth it and low risk to invest with dodge coin. So for me the dodge coin will be the best for trading.

I like stratis but looking at the price right now it's not a good time to jump in. I will split it into 3, i choose XRP(ripple), FTC(feathercoin), and leave 1/3 as bitcoin. XRP looks solid in long term, FTC is a queen of pump and dump  . If it's earlier i'd like to choose something like ETH or monero, but the price is too high for me.

if i have 1 btc now, i will invest in several altcoins like ETC, LTC, NXT, XRP, PIVX, MAID, ARK. these altcoin maybe change followed by market movements and i think for now that is my list. i don't know why i choose that list but i've got my feeling when i see the chart for each coins and i think i am waiting for next big news.

Yeah thats true, indeed when you will invest like 1200$ into some known coin, that won' be a great perspective for huge returns, because you won't be able to buy a lot of that asset.
But when you buy some small, cheap coin, in fact the returns may become insanely big thanks to that but you need to always remember about comparing the risk!

Imagine how much money can you loose with buying ethereum for 1 bitcoin. It is possible that the price will go down, but we do not expect really big drops on it.
And now, imagine how much money would you loose if you would invest 1 bitcoin in some coin that costs 0.3$, and drops to 0.02$ after that. Now, consider if risk does not make a difference for you.

Depends. I don't really like to follow trends or where the masses put their money on because sometimes that is where something fucks up. For me, a coin that is suitable for investment is something that has a good road map, very visible dev team, active community even though the market cap is not that high. Some altcoins have market caps of insanely high figures because they are artificially pumped to attract other investors in whereas solid community and dev team even the market cap is low is a true sign that the coin is heading towards success.

Honestly i dont know ,because i do trade all day after my work and i dont hold any long term cryptocurrency i just play and make profits in active market .If i will invest in long term coins i will just only spend some not that big as 1btc to divide e 0.5 is enough . XEM ,Ripple ,Monero and ETH.

Hmm, maybe an investment I would do there is to divide some parts. So I won't use all Btc owned only for single altcoin, because sometimes we expect different from the fact that is the case then I'll buy some $TIME, $ETC, $EDG, and also $ETH so I have a lot of possibilities to get huge profits out of a total altcoin I chose. For every altcoin has the potential to be great

Doge is bad coin, there are better coins rather than doge coin. Golem, RLC, Pivx are the best coin right now. with a lot of demand it can be a good promising investment in the future. But RLC is really cheap right now.
Most traders are looking for the volatility and not stable investment.

if i have 1 btc i would separated it into several altcoins such as
10% ETH
10% Dash
10% LTC
and 70% bitcoin because i consider holding bitcoin will more safe and more profitable for long term than altcoins
that's why bitcoin still would be my high priority

i will try to invest in zcash, i though zcash now has a big value in the market, any people are interested on it nowadays. we need to make a research first before investing because , bitcoin is a big money to lose.

I don't know about so many altcoins which has price below $10, usually I do not pay attention to them and just watch over some reputable coins such as mentioned above, eth, zcash, dash, bytteball, bitcoin plus seems leading the market of altcoins right now. I won't invest just one coin if I have BTC1 and will divide into those coins for sure. If one coin go down, there is another may rise up.

I always want to go with highly established altcoins, that way if I need choose one single altcoin means I will choose litecoin. Maybe it will be performing very rarely but it is staying strong for not giving losses to its investors. I just want to play safely and I will be sticking with consistently performing instruments. Moreover I will prefer to hold my 1 bitcoin instead of buying any altcoin, that is the reality.

I would go with PIVX but will not support ARK as it is just a short for short term investment and am preferably long term holder.
But if I have 1 Bitcoin then I would just hold on to it and not but altcoins as I believe in Bitcoin than altcoins.

That might be a good idea to invest in some altcoins that are not yet known so well, if the price is really small. With 1 bitcoin, you can get really nice returns from buying few hundreds of some cheap coins, but you need to consider another very important factor when it comes to any investments: the risk.

I have spotted that you have junior member rank, so you should know some already about different types of coins, especially about scam-coins if you are into altcoin trading.
You should always try at least to estimate the risk you want to take, because investing 1 btc in let's say 3 alts (ETH,XMR and XRP)  contains some risk, but if you want to invest 1 btc in some really cheap coin, then lets be serious, you have to be out of your mind.

I think I would choose Monero it looks very promising to me and worth to invest.
But honestly in real situation I'm not sure that I would invest 1 Bitcoin to altcoins I'm not sure it would be worth the risk and profit. Maybe because I'm not very keen to altcoins trading and not very convinced this is the best investment.
