I did see him in some ways though, more like a lazy player lazing around the pitch. One good thing one can say about him is the vision he had and has. Cristiano Ronaldo was not really happy for he's sale from Real Madrid to Arsenal as he was refferd to as the best ball passers he has seen.

When Mesut Özil was in his prime he was a player who was even being compared often to one of the best players in history like Zidane. I don't agree with the opinion that he was successful at only Real Madrid. He was the best player of the Germany national team that won the 2014 World Cup. Unlike Koeman, I think Barcelona have more faith in Xavi than Koeman from the way Barcelona fulfills his wishes about players. During Xavi's time as Barcelona coach, then we probably already know there are several players who were brought in, both free transfers and players bought from other teams such as Ferran Torres.
