Chelsea's efforts in strengthening the team amazed me even though they haven't gotten some of the players they want. Seems Bayern Munich are not ready to give Lewandowski for lesser amount except for the amount they have already fixed for his transfer,  and up till this time Barcelona can't afford the amount Bayern Munich wants to give out for the player.
