Bayern Munich are expected to increase their offer for de Ligt after selling Lewandowski. They are trying their best to strengthen their defense first. After handling this situation successfully I will be expecting them to go for a centre-forward transfer as well. I don't even want to see Mane playing there. He should be playing as a winger as always. It can be really difficult for Bayern Munich to find a centre-forward like Lewandowski but they should be able to sign a solid one still.

Lewa to Barca is almost done.
Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1548068332804272129
And now Bayern has the money for DeLigt (Juventus wants 80-90m)
Juventus will try to steal Bremer from Inter (he has a deal with them and/or go for Pau Torres/Gabriel)
Thank god this transfer drama around Lewandowski is now finally over. I think we can now be 100% sure that he will leave Bayern Munich for Barcelona because Oliver Kahn has just confirmed like an hour ago that Bayern and Barca has reached a verbal agreement about the transfer of Lewandoswki. As a Bayern supporter i am happy that they let Lewandowski go because it is not good to force a player to stay at your club if he does not want to. This is not good for the performance of the player himself but also for the mood of the whole team i would imagine.
Secondly i also think like you that Bayern now has pretty good chances to get De Ligt, which would be a great transfer.
It's good to hear this deal with Lewandowski and Barcelona is finally over as we have followed the transfer for days weeks with much suspense. I'm really shocked Barcelona were able to get this deal through after paying a huge amount for Raphinha from Leeds but the deal is done now and Bayern Munich have cashed in from the transfer and now have extra funds to bid for De ligt.
So surprising that Barcelona finally got Lewandowski in their team, I never knew Barcelona will be able to get Lewandowski despite they couldn't meet up with the funds for the signing of Lewandowski.  Barcelona ìs good to go now to win laliga next season,  the team is complete.

Barcelona has shown several surprises. They signed Raphinha for 58 million. And bought Lewandowski for about 50 million. Everyone thought that maybe Barcelona would buy Lewandowski with the money from the sale of de Jong. But it didn't happen. Barcelona has not sold de Jong yet. Undoubtedly, Barcelona is going to be the strongest team in La Liga next season.

Although sources close to Manchester City claim that there is no arrangement in place to sell Bernardo Silva to Barcelona this summer, City has dismissed this as rumor and is understood to have no plans to release Silva.
Manchester city has released several players in the transfer market this season and brought in several players who are considered to be able to contribute to them next season, some star players have brought in manchester city to strengthen their squad next season, the desire of guardiola to fulfill his dream and also manchester fans City to get the Champions League trophy, of course, forced Guardiola to fix the existing squad, besides that it looks like Manchester City will try to keep some players like Bernardo Silva who do have a big contribution to every game and Manchester City victory so far.
Manchester City have a very good team with squad depth. One could argue they have one of the best squad in the premier league and in Europe. Their squad is so good that they have some players who are surplus to requirements, they have to sell some and replace them with better talented players for the next season as they hope to conquer Europe by winning the champions league next season. It will be Pep Guardiola's dream to win the champions league next season. I believe Yaya Toure has revoked the uefa trophy curse on Guardiola lol

Manchester City is so hungry for the Champions League trophy right now. You know, last season they got pretty close, but they could not win the trophy. They had it in their grasp for so long until the last 20 or 30 minutes of the match. They also did really well in the English Premier League and I don’t think they will have any problem winning that EPL title again. I think the only problem seems to be Liverpool. In the last season, Liverpool was the only team that challenged them. I also agree that Manchester City has done a good job managing the wage budget of that club.

I also don’t understand why they are not trying to improve the midfield of the team, instead of just obsessing over increasing the attacking power. They don’t have a reliable midfield and they have a lot of problems in the defense as well. Although they did not score enough goals last season, they are still trying to increase the power of their attack. They really should understand that they were not able to score a large number of goals because the midfield was really weak. The supply of balls was not reliable at all. So when there are fewer chances created, there will be fewer chances taken. So the goal count will obviously be lower.
I think the major positions to direct their concentration to should be their defense line then their midfield. Last season Manchester United had a very shitty defense and the worse of it was Maguire's performance, he made 16 errors leading to their opponents getting a goal and this issue should also be taken seriously but they are yet to do something about Harry Maguire. Erik Ten Hag has shown his confidence in Maguire, he said Maguire will retain the captain band next season which is really surprising to me. Relying on Fred and McTominay seems very risky to me.

You are right. Juventus are looking to stabilize their forwards and midfield this season with the addition of Di Maria and Pogba. Now if De Ligt goes to Bayern Munich, Juventus will have to find a new defender. Finding a talented defender like De Ligt will be a tough task for Juventus. Perhaps next season we will see a slightly weaker defense from Juventus.
If De Ligt leaves Juventus, of course Juventus will move quickly to find a replacement. maybe this time Villarreal defender Pau Torres is the player Massimiliano Allegri is targeting in the transfer market this summer, he is one of the names that is widely rumored to be the target of Juventus if De Ligt officially leaves. Negotiations are ongoing at the moment as Villareal are rumored to be pegging the defender for €50m. Juventus envoys are in talks with Pau Torres agent if in the next few days an agreement is reached. I'm sure Juventus will release De Ligt to Bayern Munich because Bayern are the front-runners who want to get De Ligt.

Bayern Munich set to accept Barcelona’s latest offer for Lewandowski

I have seen many news that Barcelona and Bayern Munich are going to finalize the deal regarding Lewandowski. Since Lewandowski does not want to stay with Bayern Munich. So Munich finalized the deal with Barcelona. Barcelona recently signed Raphinha. Now they will be stronger if they have an experienced player like Lewandowski on the team. And to be sure, Xavi is aiming for both the Champions League and La Liga titles next season.
Yeah Lewandowski to Barcelona is reported as done deal now by many good sources on twitter, so its just matter of time before he becomes Barcelona player officially. Lot of drama around him but glad that Bayern eventually accepted Lewandowski's request. I still wonder at what price his move has been finalised.
Also this seems like should be the last signing for Barcelona as I think their squad is all complete now. Furthermore signing will only add to their financial problems.

Barcelona cost around 58 million to sign Raphinha. And getting Lewandowski into the team is going to cost Barcelona more than 50 million. Barcelona has to take loaned a huge amount of money. If they don't win a title next season, they will face more problems financially. So besides strengthening the team, stabilizing the team is a very big challenge for Xavi. At the same time, Lewandowski has to prove his own abilities.

Because it was Lewandowski's wish for Barcelona and in the end they managed to play in LaLiga and compete with Real]

First of all, I don’t know how Barcelona is even being able to afford to pay this kind of money to Bayern Munich, and secondly, if this does actually end up happening, Barcelona is going to be a very strong team and a big competitor of Real Madrid in the next season in my opinion.

Obviously, I could be wrong, but Robert Lewandowski and the team will have a lot more stability, especially in the attacking department. And Barcelona better be able to win everything in the next season. Otherwise, they will have to repent about what they are doing right now.

Ideally, I didn't think they'd agree to pay the $50 million for Robert Lewandowski, which Bayern Munich wanted. And this is obviously overpriced, as is the case with Barcelona.
Barcelona have made good signings this summer despite the financial crisis they face in the club. Barcelona sold their tv rights and used the money to make these signings. I really commend their resilience in the transfer market and will be hoping to see good results as soon as possible because nobody will want to spend so much money on transfers and wouldn't want results in return. They have restructured a good team and with the kind of players on the team now they already seem to be league title contenders and one of the few favourites to win the champions league.

If you ask me, I find it strange how Barcelona has the opportunity to buy whoever they want. And it really won't stay with Rafina alone. In fact, there should be other rules for clubs so that they are not allowed to be so low and have towering debts. After all, that is not possible in normal business. I think it also plays a role that it is Barcelona, the club with the big name. Barcelona will have to become champions again or at least play a significant role in the Champions League, they need all that money very badly. They also have to pay a lot in salary every year.

Did they really sell their TV rights? I mean that is literally a huge chunk of income they had, if they gave away the income, and spent that money, then how do they plan on keep going? At the end of the day they are going to end up with basically nothing right? No income, pure spending, that money will run out, and they will be back to where they are AND not have income as well. Now, at least they had income but debt, in the future they will have no income and still have debt. I do not know whats going to happen, but if they keep this up then they are going to be a team that will like get relegated to another lower league for financial issues.

Ake and Koulibaly are officially at Stamford Bridge now and it looks like the rumors about Kimpembe and Kounde will end with these two defenders.
Kounde is still worth bringing but with the high price tag and with Ake and Koulibaly I think Chelsea should be content with defense and focus more on center forwards now.
Koulibaly signed a 4 years contract with Chelsea for €38m. For Ake, AFAIK he will stay with City and Chelsea will turn to Kounde. Once they secure another defender, they will focus on the other positions.

Well... it is also a perfect transfer for Bayern too.

They got 50m for a 34 yo player with 1 year left in his contract.

Not sure who did the best move between Barca and Bayern but probably the german team.
It is the best move for Barcelona in short term and for Bayern in long term.
Barca will have a better attacking line this season while Bayern will try to pick a new player who could replace Lewandowski for the upcoming seasons.

There is no doubt it's going to be great gesture from AC Milan management for this legendary player as they are giving him extension for some more time even we all know he is injured and have no chance to return into game Until January 2023 or February, but they have done amazing job for his respect.

Most chances FC Bayern Munich is not going to have any problem after exit of Lewandowski even they already started search for new striker because they are looking for long time settlement for this, and they could be successful in this because they have sources and finances for managing things like this in quick way.
He is not paid because he is going to change anything for the team even when he comes back, or not even if he was fully healthy. He is offered a contract, basically for giving them a cup this year, and all those years ago. He is a team legend and when you have someone like that in your team, you end up trying to convince him to stay as much as possible.

This way, you arrange this veteran to help the kids to understand and like Milan, and he does that for sure. If Ibrahimovic acts all superior and say "if I am in Milan, then everyone should be in love with it" or something like that, which will make the younger generation to want to stay even more.

Due to the financial situation of Barcelona, we would assume with all the transfers that Real Madrid is in a financial crisis, not Barcelona...
When you say that Real Madrid is in a financial crisis, that's not what Barcelona is. I want you to provide clear evidence here so that your assumptions can be proven correct because everyone has the right to assume as long as they can provide clear evidence for everything they assume. So I want to see proof of what you assume because Real Madrid are the champions this season and still have the potential to win next season.
Just because real madrid didn't have a boombastic transfer move doesn't mean you can assume real madrid are in financial crisis , they are holding a huge amount of money from the champions league prize , they are stacking the money for future transfer .. a breaking record transfer one as they used to , for now there is no rising star available to join them as mbappe snubbed and haaland choose manchester city.
bellingham might be their next transfer target and im pretty sure they would splash the money more than twice on what barcelona doing now.

At the moment, I don't think Real Madrid is going through any kind of financial crisis. As of right now, they don't need to upgrade their squad. If they feel they need to upgrade during the season, they can do so. Additionally, I think they are accumulating money to make a big transfer. There is a nice balance in the squat right now. Probably if they think they need to make changes going forward, especially for the Champions League they will be able to do that in the next transfer market without any problem. So, to summarize, Real Madrid does not have any financial problems right now, nothing at all, like Barcelona.

Obviously this will happen considering on several occasions if I'm not misinformed Bayern said they would be more determined to sign De Jong when Barcelona agreed a price for Lewandowski. and now that Lewandowski is almost certain to leave then this is indeed a domino effect Bayern will chase De Ligt.
I'm pretty sure now sooner or later there will be news about Bayern's deal with Juventus regarding De Ligt.

Barcelona cost around 58 million to sign Raphinha. And getting Lewandowski into the team is going to cost Barcelona more than 50 million. Barcelona has to take loaned a huge amount of money.
We don't know if Barcelona decides to take loan money. There should be other options to stabilize their financial situation. However, it is true that spending more than 100 million on those two players will risk Barcelona finance. I'm a bit surprised to see Barcelona strategy in this transfer window.  Undecided

If they don't win a title next season, they will face more problems financially. So besides strengthening the team, stabilizing the team is a very big challenge for Xavi. At the same time, Lewandowski has to prove his own abilities.
Even if they win a title, I don't think it will secure their financial situation. Barcelona is actually very risky to spend a lot of money in the current transfer window. Xavi has a big task to win a title with the current new players, it won't be easy to do. Anyway, not only Lewandowski, all new players must show their best that they deserve to join Barcelona with expensive transfer fees.

They only sold 10% of their TV rights for the next 25 years, which means they are still entitled to 90% of the revenue from TV rights. They also sold their stadium naming rights to Spotify in order to remain relevant in the current transfer window. If they continue on their current path, they will suffer in the next 10-15 years.

At the moment, I don't think Real Madrid is going through any kind of financial crisis. As of right now, they don't need to upgrade their squad
Real Madrid and Manchester City completed their business prior to the transfer window, with Real Madrid upgrading their midfield and defense by bringing in Rudiger and Tchouameni while releasing Marcelo and Bale. They have a strong team, so there was little to improve.

I don't remember them having any in the last 10 years at least(financial problems). They didn't talk much about money problems during the epidemic, apparently they are too well organised and have a so-called reserve fund for such an eventuality. I think clubs should think about building up these reserves in case these events happen again (even if it's not an epidemic)

True, in this case Madrid do not have any financial constraints but they are not very active and tend to be passive because indeed they are already confident with their current squad and what must be added they have got it like Rudiger and Tchouameni.
I don't think they need to fight hard anymore to get players because they are complete only if they want they just add one striker there and that's enough in my opinion.

Bayern Munich are still keeping their attitude about signing Ronaldo. They are still determined about not going for him. They seemed very determined about not selling Lewandowski too actually but they did it. I wonder if this will happen about Ronaldo too. They would be in search of a centre-forward for some time first and if they don't find a better one then maybe they might change their mind about Ronaldo.

I read where the president of Benfica was mocking or making jess of Liverpool for over spending in Darwins. In his word he said when he heard that Liverpool was interested in the player, he was expecting a 40 to 45 because the guy did well but was surprised when 80 offer came. They were shocked and laughed, they then pushed for 100 and it happened.
He said football has gone crazy and they popped champaign. He also said he has no worries because he has a better striker in the feeder team.

Do you actually think that Darwins was over bought?

Even though Lewandowski left, in this case Bayern were not too interested in bringing Ronaldo and indeed the news about Ronaldo that surfaced again after Lewa left was immediately rejected by Hasan Salihamidzic who still insisted he didn't need Ronaldo.
This is a pretty good thing actually in my opinion because with this they are focused because they really want to make Mane better now
