I don't think that PSG would let Kimpembe go so they had better focus on transferring Ake now. As he is a rotation player for Manchester City, I expect this transfer to happen.

Arsenal are doing serious business in this summer transfer window and it shows intent, intent to compete next season, intent to challenge for trophies and that is an encouraging sign for all of their fans, they didn't do too badly last season, the only bad thing was that they missed out on the CL, even after being in the driving seat for a very long time, too bad.

Honestly, Chelsea was fast at this. I wasn't following speculation for sometime now but the Koulibaly of a guy is a strong force to Chelsea defence. It seems that among all the Chelsea defence line, it is only Silva that is remaining. Rudiger is gone, Christainsen is gone, Aplicueta also not available. That is the need for Koulibaly at all cost.
