Manchester United seem confident about convincing Dalot and Rashford to sign a contract extension.

I would like to see Rashford staying especially. Because he is still a young talent for the team in the attacking line. Maybe he isn't always a sharp-shooter but his general effort so far has been quite good. The more he finds chances in the starting eleven the better he performs. He has got 7 goals and 3 assists in 16 matches in total so far. As Ronaldo is on the verge of leaving the team as well the team need Rashford a lot now. I know that they have Martial also but I see Rashford as a more skilled striker than Martial to be honest.

Marcus Rashford is getting better now especially after Erik Ten Hag is the manager of Manchester United. I also want to see he will stay at Manchester United and give the best for the Red Devils. He has been given a lot of trust by Ten Hag so I hope it will be a consideration for him to accept his new contract with Manchester United. However, Manchester United will need him to help the game.
Dalot is also like that, as long as his performance is getting better, then I'm sure he will be defended by Ten Hag. But there is news that his agent wants to bring him to Barcelona, Manchester United must move quickly to get his hands back.

Pique for sure is one of the greats, both for Barcelona and for his national team.

Yes, I agree. He is a great player, but his age is taking a toll on his performance. So, I think he has made the right decision. Honestly, by staying in Barcelona I don’t think he would’ve done anything good for the club anymore. I really think he has already given everything that he could have to Barcelona. That will not make sense, they are not doing well at Liverpool they have a chance to offer Mane contract extension but they failed to do so,now Mane is gone to a good team now. They can go on with whatever but that deal is not a good one he is already old.

Liverpool has no other option than to renew the contract of Firmino. Firmino has been a good striker right from time, he might not be the best for Liverpool but he is always that standby striker who would always be there when there is need for him. For example when the other strikers are faced with injury,  Firmino will be available, when other players lose their form, Firmino will be in good form to stand in for them.
There are some dirty and expensive jobs that he does  for the team and he is needed for that especially this season that Liverpool is struggling to make progress.

I hope Liverpool don't make a second mistake I mean Liverpool selling Sadio Mane in the last summer window was a big mistake for them because Sadio Mane was an important player in Liverpool revival last season. Now Firmino contract issue is also a big question mark whether Liverpool will sell him or will encourage him to accept a new contract offer maybe 1 season ahead. Nunez has not been able to show his good performance this season so Kloop along with important management at Liverpool must be able to keep Firmino from not leaving in the next January transfer window.

A couple of months ago (before the start of this season) i thought it was all over for Rashford in Manchester United, he wasn't playing, and even when he did, he played quite terribly, but under Erik Ten Hag Rashford is like a completely new player again, he has received the trust of the manager and he is absolutely firing on all cylinders this season, i hope he is consistent and sustains this form till the end of the season. He is certain to stay in Manchester United, and as long as the club makes him a good offer in the contract (which i am sure they will), then he is going to definitely extend his stay.

Having said that, Dalot is also playing very well this season, just like the new signing Martinez, there are only a few players in Manchester United that are not close to the top of their game this season. Thus i think Erik Ten Hag deserves an awful amount of credit, well i also think it will be easy convincing Dalot to sign an extension, things are going on well with the club atm, so these things are easy to get over the line when the club is in a good period.

I think the way coaches transfers are done is a lot similar with player transfers, only that when a club wants a certain coach they offer a bigger wage and transfer amount to the club. I consider this as a rumour as Arteta will not want to leave Arsenal at the time especially with the current progress of the team this season. Arteta has done a good job developing and rebuilding the Arsenal squad and he is gradually making huge success in the project so leaving and abandoning the project now will be insane and considering the passion and love he has for the club I think he will remain at the club and continue to build and strive towards the success of the club. I believe with some little additions probably in the next transfer windows the team will grow to become even more successful and stronger. Because there really is no reason for Rashford to reject the offer of a contract extension if there are no changes, this season Rashford has received more trust from coach Erik ten Hag to play. Xavi claims that pique has experienced a decline in performance, besides that news about pique's discomfort at Barca has been heard a few months ago. IM very disappointed to hear pique must have ended his career like that. He has been facing so many problems not only in the club but in his real life as well. he must be a strong guy. Barcelona is not a good club in treating its old players unlike another club that was making the old player became really valuable and gave so many respects into it while barcelona just treat him like a trash after he has no usefulness to the club. I hope that he can consider to continue his career even in the small clubs. That will help him rather than going retire at 35 years old.
He can still share his experience with the new players in another club other than barcelona. This will be far better for him rather than try to retire.

I don't think that there is any need to even discuss about a possible manager change for Barcelona in the near future.

Because Xavi is already a good choice for the team actually. I know that they aren't successful in the Champions League still. But this isn't a problem that they cannot leave behind. Xavi just needs to create a different solution for the big games there. Otherwise they are already doing very well in the La Liga now. I think the board would continue to believe in Xavi to make this team become much better than this in time. It is better for Arteta to stay at Arsenal while doing a great job as well.
