It's true that Pochettinos run at Paris Saint Germain was not the most successful one and ended pretty early again but i don't think that this was really Pochettinos fault. PSG is just having way to much patience with their coaches because they still think that they can buy the Champions League title, which is obviously not working out for them as they are eliminated again this year already.

For Conte he has much experienced and all teams success winning domestic league trophies as he was manager, from Juventus, Inter Milan and Chelsea success give domestic league tittle but he was failed with Spurs after eliminating in Champion League and still not have capacities will Spur finish on top fourth position standing in Primer League or not.

Pochettino is a good manager I have no doubt about his managerial abilities if he is eventually reappointed by Tottenham, however how is he going to address the issues raised by Conte with regard to bad management of the club by the Board and the selfishness of the players which lead to the club inability to win any major trophy for a very long time, I think Conte made some salient remarks and I belief there is an iota of truth in what he said Mourinho was sacked by the same club prior to a Cup final which Tottenham eventually lost and it seem the same problem kept on lingering without any permanent solution honestly I don't think Tuchel, Luis Enrique and Pochettino would make a difference if the fundamental issue raised by Conte is not fully addressed by the club board Chairman Daniel Levy once for all.

It's good when you have an attitude that plays with the mind of the opponent. But when the attitude becomes self-destructive towards your own team, it is a problem. And it is a problem that has to be uprooted. I will say regardless of Tottenham's performance, they did the right thing.
