Call me a dreamer but I see this going well for Frank Lampard, I love his new mentality, he wants to win something or get Chelsea to a position that whoever takes over will be in a good position to carry the club forward. Lampard qualifying Chelsea for the 2021 champions league season and assembling all the players that played as a team to win us that title under a new manager was the best gift he gave to Chelsea and I see him doing it again. The last time he took the managerial job, he was too young and inexperienced but now he has matured as a coach and if he was to get us into the top 4 or even 5th and also win us the champions league, I won't mind giving him another shot.

I think this is an opportunity for him to correct his early errors as Chelsea coach in his first tier in the club although this time around the jobs looks alot harder than before but the squad he has to manage and players are of high standards but the pressure for him to at least get a positive results before the end of the season will be chokening for him as the club has been seriously damage by the previous coach. Haven't you seen this before? I thought this "excuse" from Zidane already made everyone laugh. Money can always be or become a goal again, that is very relative. From a political or moral perspective, I don't understand why Ronaldo went to Saudi Arabia and play in a country where human rights are worth shit. From a financial standpoint, he must be absolutely crazy to deny an offer where he can earn in 2.5 years what he has earned in 20 years before that. But he may be considered to continue managing Chelsea in the next season if Lampard makes Chelsea management satisfied. There is a condition that comes with Lampard contract which was ''Caretaker manager role" and he knew the time he had with the club is very limited, there is no point in trying to stretch excuses, there is a job to be done and he should do it to his own satisfaction, he already played for the club and knows their traditions, he should do what is possible because you and I know that there is nothing much that will come out of this 2 and half manager deal, its already late to succeed on this one. How do they plan to make chelsea back to top 6, there is nothing that is not possible but this one is not possible.
