I don't think the salary has anything to do with this Messi saga. I believe Messi wants to be assured of the project of the club before he agrees to remain there. He wants a better squad and better management. If they can promise that they will do that then I believe he will sign with PSG.
He is also accessing the same thing with Barcelona. He is waiting to see if it will be possible to join Barcelona and if they can guarantee that they have a good project and he believes in the project they're building. It's what players do when they have offers from various clubs. Some might just follow the money but most often what they do is go for the club they feel has the best project for them.

Messi is willing to go to Barcelona and receive very little compared to what he's earning at PSG, but it doesn't mean he would make the same sacrifice for PSG because PSG is not in a financial crisis like Barcelona and secondly, because he doesn't owe PSG any loyalty.

I agree with you mostly although I don't know whether Messi is still thinking in long-term project terms. I think he wants a competitive squad and in a best case add one more Champions League title to his record history. But I have seen that Lewandowski said he wants to play with Messi. I gave the idea some thought and Barcelona has to be careful again because they want to rejuvenate the team now and start a new era, but let's not forget that Lewandowski is going to turn 35 in a few months and Messi 36. Busquets is going to turn 35 as well. This is not the end of their career necessarily as we can see with Modric, but they still need to consider their decisions well in Barcelona.

True and barcelona need to sell a bunch of players before it will able to do a new signing again. It seems like the contract owned by gavi will be a failed contract. He will be also leaving the club soon. barcelona will lose more than 7 players at once.

There are so many things that hinder Messi from extending his contract with PSG, one of which is that PSG fans demand too much from Messi. After PSG failed in the Champions League, Messi became the first party to be attacked by the fans. Another factor may be that because Argentina dramatically beat France in the world cup final, Messi was also banned from bringing the world cup trophy to PSG headquarters on the grounds of protecting the feelings of their fans.

Well, in the current conditions, even though the previous debut match was not too memorable for Joao, but indeed this could be one of the conditions that was actually quite right for him to be at Chelsea.

More competition will triggered in the blues squad when some signed players will arrived. João Felix is yet to do the work for the purpose he was signed. He's a fantastic player, no doubt but he needs more improvement Infront of goals, because that's the key criteria that enforced the value of players in the transaction market. I think it will depend on Atletico whether to let go of this player or not but for Felix being at Chelsea would be better than going back to Atletico Madrid and not getting as much playing time again, he is a player who has skills but he is also a player who can bring his team is in danger because his style of play is quite rough so it is very possible to get a card and it must be changed. Chelsea doesn't stop looking for players they think are fit to contribute next season but actually the problem is the coaches who haven't been able to build a strong team.

LOL! 100M Euros to snag Joao Felix for Chelsea permanently? That's a mountain of cash. Now, as a true Blue, I'm aware Felix is an excellent player, but is he worth that kind of money? Chelsea's finances got me biting my nails. They've shelled out big bucks on transfers lately, and if they keep burning through cash like this, they might just go belly up.

I believe that Leicester City made as good of a move they possibly can. Dean Smith is not the greatest manager ever obviously, but he is one that could understand the league and understand the system there and could make some changes.

Even Pep had some troubles early on, because understanding premier league is a bit hard, and this way I am sure that we are going to see Leicester do as well as they possibly could on the early weeks compared to later weeks, no time lost there and while we are at this late, it should be noted that quick results are what they need. I am not saying this will change something for good and it will be huge deal, but they are Leicester, they can't simply get the greatest managers with ease.
