Pochettino to Chelsea,  is the deal completed now?

I have been following the deal and some slight confusions of Todd but it seems it became obvious and clearer that Poch was the man for the job. Is the deal legally sealed? Or are there further delays.

Earlier today I go a funny news that Totenham interim coach was sacked. I have never heard a scenario were an interim coach was sacked before  Is it normal?

According to Fabrizio Romano's tweet [1] there's no deal yet, but Pochettino is high likely will become Chelsea's coach. Personally I don't think Pochettino will make a big change, he was Tottenham's coach before and Tottenham never become a champion even though we're know Tottenham is black horse in Premier League. However Chelsea has no choice too, there's no good coach they can sign.

It's really unusual to see a club sack their interim coach, I can't remember which interim coach had been sacked before.

Messi is an amazing player and he proved it in Argentina and Barcelona but recently he cannot have a good performance in PSG and that's all because of not having to focus and not having a good atmosphere in the team, I think Messi will have a much better performance after the returns to Barcelona where the fans love him and he will have the respect he couldn't have in PSG.

Messi becomes even closer to the barcelona right now. PSg has agreed with the decision that has taken by lionel messi for not to extend his contract in PSG. It seems like that if this time PSG is trying so hard to get a replacement for him. So many rumors about messi to go back to the la liga but the big question is whether barcelona already compliant with what already required by la liga?

That makes sense since barcelona didn't have good financial condition. Selling some players is a must for barcelona this time. It's caused by barcelona has no money to pay messi's salary. Messi can decide to go back to the barcelona but barcelona must have completed the requirements first.
In my opinion, if it's quite impossible for barcelona to take another financial clever again since barcelona has almost sold all of shares. If barcelona will be selling more shares and it has owned by a party who has been owneding 51% shares of barcelona.

Leo Messi is a playmaker on the field, and he has earned his success over the years he has played football. Could it be that Todd is deliberately delaying the deal to see if he will get a better chance. From his body language, I don't think he has much hope on Pochettino and onr other thing is that he is looking for a long term coach. He is not willing to be hiring and dismissing coaches every season.

But when Poch was in Tottenham, he did some pretty work even without worldclass players. It is not only the coach that we secure a title for Totenham, the management has a bigger work to do.

I'm surprised by the rumor Aubameyang to return to Barcelona.

I am not too surprised about that, there have been speculations regarding that for some months now, it is obvious that Aubameyang does not have any future in Stamford Bridge, he loves Barcelona and he only had to leave the last time because they bought Lewandowski and his playing time became very limited, and also because Tuchel who was his former manager at Dortmund wanted him in Chelsea, but Tuchel was sacked a week after his arrival. Barcelona isn't a bad destination for him, he should go there are fight for a place in the team, if he does not want to go to Camp Nou, he can also find smaller clubs where he can play much more regularly.

I think that you shall watch it closely. messi has been making a lot of contributions to the PSG. The fact that if it's the game for eleven players. it's not only who played the game. Messi had good performance with PSG but its teammates were not having same level as him.

According to a reliable news source Chelsea will soon reach an agreement with Pochettino ward off a possible move by Tottenham to lure him back to the club after sacking their interim manager Stellini, I believe Pochettino will reposition Chelsea if he is eventually appointed as their manager he did well at Tottenham by helping the club to reach UCL finals unfortunately lost to Liverpool and had a good record with PSG, however I expect Chelsea owner Boehly to avoid interference with club when a new manager resumes and allow them to take decision, from the look of things it's seem Boehly had some influence on day to day running of the club which had negative impact on the club.

Rumors of kante to Bacerlona have been sticking out since last winter's transfer window. Unfortunately, he was still injured at that time. Xavi sees it as a good, inexpensive option. but since then, there have been no further rumors regarding kante to Barcelona. but now, Barcelona are again targeting N'Golo Kante, whose contract will expire with Chelsea in June. at the same time intending to bring Auba home to Camp Nou to increase front-line stock.

One of my fundamental questions now, is Barcelona again ignoring the words of La Liga and the current financial authorities?

I still hear a lot that they still have financial dependents of around 200 million to balance their current finances but with some of the current rumors they actually seem to still want to bring in some players especially with this and some rumors about Messi.

At the moment, as far as I know, they should reduce players, but with the current rumors circulating, Barcelona again and again wants to bring in players without doing anything real about balancing their financial.

Chelsea announced that they will prevent Aubameyang from returning to his former club due to his disrespectful behavior towards Chelsea. Chelsea will be picking another club that wants but it's not barcelona.
I think that kante is still prefer to stay even longer in chelsea. Barcelona has been linked with so many players in the past. It will make barcelona won't even able to deal with the FFP rules. Barcelona has been rumored to sign messi again to join in the club.

Cesar azpilicueta has been a loyal defender that owned by chelsea. kante is also doing the same like cesar. I see that if barcelona is having very low chance right now to get him from chelsea.

But I hope that Boehly also has to evaluate the board of directors who are not able to work properly. Probably PSG wanted to sign Osimen as a cover up should in case Mbappe sign for Real Madrid, I am very optimistic that Madrid will table another bid to sign Mbappe in the next transfer window having failed in their bid to sign him last summer, it very obvious Mbappe and Osimen can't play in the same squad at PSG thus Osimen will scrutinize whichever European club contract offer that comes for his signing especially clubs that will particularly guarantee a regular playing time and plays in UCL, next transfer window will very interesting and competitive for European club who will be jostling to sign Victor Osimen because of lack of quality striker in some major clubs e g Man Utd, Chelsea etc.

Next season is certainly their target to clean up from the chaos of this season which is quite apprehensive. almost all of the Chelsea directors did not have one understanding, and because of that there were so many problems for both the players and the coaches. Boehly needs to freshen things up so the Chelsea name gets back on track. The name and position of Chelsea are the main ones to stabilize their performance. Regarding the selection of coaches, I hope there is nothing wrong with Boehly focusing on Pochettino, he is quite competent and experienced. Well at least not as bad as the current coach.

What is lacking from all the PSG players who always prioritize the front lines filled with big players? But it's not true they won the Champions League Trophy. I’m curious as to what will happen to Lampard when a new manager comes in? Will he remain as an assistant manager? I was hoping Lampard would be able to make an impression since returning to managerial position for Chelsea so he will be considered a candidate. This means a lot for Manchester United. Because if he was open to leave the country more than staying then Manchester United would have been in some big trouble. I don't trust Spanish transfers any more because  these are full of financial irregularities which means trouble in the future. And the players they have as their targets won't  go unnoticed by the la liga authorities so they will be watching every move from here on out.

Whatever happened to Aubameyang, I think he needs a club that will appreciate his services, and this shouldn't be any top tier club as their demands will be so high for him to meet them ,maybe a club like Leicester if they survive the cut will be the perfect fit anything else will just draw him closer to retirement.
