He's literally won all the trophies he's had since joining Paris Saint Germans especially the league one Competition. I'd say the Champions League and personal achievements are mainly what's important for the french captain right now. Also there is a clause that states that if he stays and see out his contract they will compensate him with some extra bonuses, this was part of what is keeping Mbappe himself.
