I think they still need some additions, because they still have to improve some positions that have so far contributed less to the game. FFP rules can be underated easily broken depending on the rules broken, remember every rule broken have their consequences. Barcelona has several loan players at other clubs, if management releases one of them permanently then they can use the money to recruit Greenwood. However, we don't know exactly what Barcelona transfer policy will be in the future, but regarding Greenwood price, I think it is very friendly to Barcelona pockets which are currently experiencing a financial crisis. I think this is not a European problem but a general problem in football. For some time now, there has been a tendency not to train the kind of strikers and center forwards we used to know.
