It's not wrong to bring in a more mature player if that's what's needed to add attacking power but bringing Benzema back is a difficult thing to do because after all, if Madrid and Benzema still had the same vision then surely Madrid wouldn't have let Benzema go last season and now that they've parted ways that means it's over for them so there's no need for a reunion.

Likewise me am yet to read about the recent developments concerning Newcastle trying to make a deal to bring in Jose Mourinho as them new manager since he's currently out of a job, personally  I think it's going to be a great deal especially for Newcastle because all the qualities you mentioned here Jose have got them and having been in England for so many years coaching different EPL teams  bringing Newcastle to the position they were into in the last season won't be a big proble for Jose as it's clearly seen that Newcastle United have a good number of quality players in the team.

Real Madrid right now needs nobody but Kylian Mbappe and the return of the young Brazilian talented player Endrick. They're no longer in terms of a possible return for Karim Benzema to the club, they're building the club around for the future. Bringing Karim Benzema back kills that honestly and it's far from happening.
They will be the best side next season yet again if they go ahead signing Alphonso Davies, Trent Alexander Arnold, and lastly Kylian Mbappe. These are the names needed to push them to win the treble next season.

For Chelsea, they'll be no other player than Victor Oshime, they have to make him the number one priority whenever the new transfer window begins. they already have that good relationship with Napoli, coming to agreement won't be difficult.

On the other hand, Mourinho is reportedly being approached by Newcastle, I feel he would be a good fit for the club, because they are building strength to be able to win the EPL title under their new owners. Apart from that, Xavi future is still full of question marks, maybe he will train a club outside Spain to continue his managerial career after officially parting ways with Barcelona.

I was thinking about maybe we would see Mourinho managing Napoli after some rumours came out. However Napoli president De Laurentiis closed the doors for Mourinho by a recent statement he made. De Laurentiis stated that they had no intention of bringing him to the team and his future team were just outside Italy from now on.

I haven't heard anything about Newcastle links. The thing I can see on the news is Mourinho's being one of the candidates for Liverpool job as Klopp is leaving by the end of the season. But would Mourinho be a good replacement for Klopp?

I haven't read about the reports of Newcastle United management reaching out to Jose Mourinho on a potential deal to bring the Portuguese manager to the St James Park but if the rumor is true, then I think it'll be a very good move for Newcastle to bring Jose Mourinho to the club.
Newcastle United delivered a very good performance last season in the English Premier League and that was why they finished the season in the top four ahead of traditional clubs in the league like Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur etc but they've not been able to replicate same feat this season so if they can successfully bring Jose Mourinho to the club, he's going to significantly improve the performance of the team. Mourinho has go all the needed qualities as a world class manager to succeed at Newcastle. Hopefully for the two parties, it ends well and finalized

For a team like Newcastle, it seems like Jose Mourinho would be a good fit for this club, because even though Newcastle managed to be a quite different team last season, they are just an average team this season and it could be because their coach is not clever enough to get his squad to perform well like last season, but Newcastle hoping to become champions of the English Premier League seems like a difficult thing but Mourinho was quite successful in bringing his team when it was European competition, at least that is what he showed during two seasons with AS Roma, champions of the conference league and final European league.
Because this is still just a rumor, we don't know the truth yet and it seems that if there is an agreement it will only be implemented in the new season, not this season, especially as Mourinho has stated that he will be very careful about the next club he will coach, meaning he will need time to consider many things before making a decision.

Both Real Madrid and Chelsea seem to have no serious intention to sign Benzema. There is no big advantage to have him in the squad. Benzema even failed to play well in Saudi, how can expect him to play well in Europe? Real Madrid focuses to sign young strikers, their targets are Mbappe and Osimhen. Meanwhile Chelsea already have Nicolas Jackson. Chelsea also prefers to sign young strikers.

The era of Benzema was over, he is no longer in the prime age. Why he must return to Europe now?  

He played in Europe and conquered Europe last season so I don’t understand what you mean by Benzema can’t play in Europe. It’s not even up to a year that he left and you are already criticizing him, we all know what Benzema is capable of and even if he is back in Europe he will still be able to perform well.

Real Madrid should rather focus on signing Mbappe than bringing Benzema back, Mbappe will suit them better and will bring lots of opportunities to the club.

Chelsea signing Benzema will not be a bad idea but they should go for a younger player like Osimhen rather than Benzema because of the age difference. Benzema would also be nice option though if they fail to sign Osimhen.
