Well, Manchester city and Girona are being owned by same owners and it makes sense if the loan transfer between both clubs is seamless and smooth.
Couto and Dovbyk may even not want to return to their parent club after having more play time at a top tier club like Manchester city. The hope is that Manchester city qualifies ahead of Girona to return to the UCL, else, Girona may be the option to go the UCL next season with the kind of performance they have put in this season and according to the rules of the game.

I have a feeling (that is echoed by many other random internet strangers and publications) that if both of these clubs end up inside the Champions League next season, that there would be, first of all, a total transfer ban between them. And that is just the minimum, as UEFA will probably also force these clubs to make organizational changes to separate the two clubs from each other.

That's what happened with the Red Bull clubs a few years back.

I think that would be the right decision to make. Because I believe there should not be any unfair advantage for anyone. And with the situation that these two clubs are in right now, they can definitely exploit the loopholes in the rules. So it will be better if precautions are taken early by the authorities. Serhou Guirassy is reportedly being targeted by several teams in the EPL and considering that his release clause is still at 17.5 million euros, I think the striker from Guinea is still underrated. This season at Stuttgart he has put in incredible performances for a striker and he has scored 17 goals in the Bundesliga so far. It is possible that the number of goals will continue to increase considering that Stuttgart is also still holding out for a place in the Champions League.

If we could guess which EPL teams would be interested in him? could it be Chelsea, Liverpool or Arsenal? because Manchester United is impossible because they already have Rasmus Hojlund. Barcelona team are not just suffering from wrong decisions of the signings to make but they’re also suffering from the financial rule that’s on their neck. They’ve made some erroneous spendings in the past that’s putting them under watch. They should take cue from the Real Madrid side on how they make signings and when it doesn’t work for them they don’t relent, rather they go for a fresh young blood that’ll be able to last them a while. Not just to last them but also go productive and that’s one reason why they seem to be going all out for  Kylian.

But to play with Inter Milan, I think Mehdi Taremi still can't reach the criteria of an ideal striker for Inter Milan.
