Arsenal seem to be releasing many players at the end of the 2019/20 season, if Luiz leaves, Mikel Arteta also will not be too difficult to find a replacement, the article he can still rely on William Saliba or Pablo Mari, who reportedly will sign a permanent contract.

David Luiz decided to leave Stamford Bridge and try his luck at the Emirates Stadium in the summer of 2019, while playing for the Gunners, the 33-year-old player has appeared in 32 matches with a collection of two goals.

I think on the contrary opinion, arsenal releasing  alot of players at the end of the 2019/2020 season is not a good step in the right direction.
The pandemic will limit the rate at which funds can be disbursed, and that aside, the arsenal squad lacks depth initially, releasing more players could leave the team with half senior team and half youth team as squads if replacement are not gotten.

Half senior team and half youth team is not really all that bad when you think about the long term deals of this situation. Pandemic caused teams to not have too much money because of lack of revenue, but many of them will be in big trouble if they keep up like nothing happened.

If Arsenal decides that they are not going that route and getting smaller, they could play many of their youth players constantly and could get them good deals somewhere, even if championship level. Which means they could come out of this not successful for sure (when have they ever been) but they could at least reach to a level where they won't relegate but they will be financially better than others, which could help them in the long term. Can't say if it will work out or not, but looks like that is the idea at least.

He’s a very talented player but he’d be an unfashionable target for Chelsea fans. I think he’s do well there, he’s a good player. Could be time for him to move to a bigger club now.

 I know we still think Chelsea is a big club, however remember where Leicester is in the league, they are not what they used to be. And they didn't became one of those teams that overachieved (by a huge margin obviously for them) and then just got slowly diminished into what they used to be. Leicester actually used that time to literally spend it on good improvements and stayed at the top level, they are a very good team right now. In a local newspaper, Milinkovic Savic is related to almost all big clubs where some unrealistic figures are mentioned. Chelsea is a big club, Leicester City is not. It's impossible to put the both clubs in the same level, Chelsea are miles ahead of Leicester, both in terms of club success, club revenues, performances in Europe, the quality of players they can attract etc.

I know Leicester had a dream 2015-2016 season and are currently doing well this season, but when you list out Chelsea's success in the last decade or more, including their famous Uefa champions league triumph, it's impossible to equate the two teams. Even when Leicester won the league in 2016, their best player Ngolo Kante couldn't resist a move to Chelsea, he left the club and signed for the blues. A move from Leicester to Chelsea is a move to a bigger club surely, anyday, anytime.

maybe they will not on the same level, but we must remember how Atalanta doing great at UCL. Atalanta doesn't have big-name players, but they can be a club with attractive games. The German Sportbild just posted some transfer news about Kai Havertz, who is currently playing for Bayer Leverkusen. It looks like FC Bayern, Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and several English clubs want to sign him in near future. Leverkusen is asking for a €100m transfer fee, but due the Covid-19 pandemic its pretty doubtful that any club will pay that amount this summer.

If Messi is going to retire or go to another club in China in order to end his career, I am afraid that Barca is going to give this amount for Neymar.

@coyster @tomahawk9 I yet can’t believe it that Manchester United has once again allowed a talented striker to slip away because first they missed signing Halland and now it’s Werner, further Chelsea is getting one of the deadliest strikers of the game and this purchase shall turn them into genuine title contenders for the next season.

However what bothers me is why did Liverpool decide not to purchase him citing financial reasons, because they'll earn good cash from winning the premier league, and on top of that they also have a good deal with their Nike in place, hence I’m really surprised why they failed to purchase him.
