I dont understand Chelsea's Kompany decision. Getting Burnley promoted was good, but he couldnt keep them in the Premier League. A massive red flag for me. I cant imagine him doing what Xabi Alonso or Arteta did. They've shown they can reshape teams and obtain results at the top level. Indeed, what has Kompany done? If so good, wouldnt he have kept Burnley up? If you cant handle a smaller club, I doubt you can handle Chelsea. In reality, the Chelsea job is very different. The pressure, expectations, and egos in the dressing room require a special manager. Its unlikely Kompany is that guy. I may be wrong, but I wouldnt be surprised if he leaves in six months. Chelsea need reassurance, not risk.

Bad news came from the city. Ederson is considering leaving the club at the end of the season and he may be interesting to get a new atmosphere to play in the different league. It appears that he is satisfied with his achievements while playing for Manchester City. Some Saudi professional league clubs have targeted him.
There is no explanation as to whether he will leave the European continent or remain. He could still receive numerous offers from the big club considering he has a successful career in the manchester city.

There is no explanation for his departure from Manchester City and on which club that will be taking it as his next destination. It appears that Pep is also looking for a suitable replacement for Ederson as soon as possible considering that if manchester city will lose one of its best goal keeper but this may be taking more time consider it's not easy to find the best one for city. City can start to consider chelsea's goal keeper kepa. He is coming back again to the chelsea after real madrid decides not to make him as a permanent transfer.

I'm hoping he'll continue to play in European competitions rather than the Saudi Pro League. Ederson can still have bright future.

Ederson was transfered from Benfica on 2017 and at that time Manchester City have to pay with expensive price to gets him but Ederson performance never dissapointing and very consistent so that's why since he moved from Benfica to Manchester City Guardiola always be trust him as main goalkeeper of Manchester City and indeed Ederson have already to achieve almost every trophies with this team so he was thinking to leave Manchester City because Ederson want to look for new challenge and currently Ederson is 30 years old and i think he is not too old so with his performance i think Ederson still decent to playing at Europa but indeed some of clubs from Saudi Arabia has putting him into their radar and probably after summer transfer window opened they will make a bid and for Manchester City they don't mind if Ederson want to moved from this team as long as the offers is very decent to be considered and if this rumour happened i think it's not a big deal for Manchester City because i am sure they can found the replacement of him

I totally agreewith all of the points you made above, and i think that if ederson is starting to get boring by playing on city and he showed that by telling the management to leave from there. this is why he is now seeking fro a new club to play with caused by a new challenge will be really helpful to give him more intention to improve his performance. It's difficult to accept the reality that he's looking for a new challenge in another league and this may be a strong reason why ederson decides not to continue his career as a part of manchester city after 7 years. The city can easily find a replacement for Ederson. City is one of the most successful clubs of its era and it's hard to think that if there will be a goal keeper that will reject an offer from the citizen. There is no doubt that many goalkeepers will want to play for Manchester City in order to increase their salary and improving their performance caused by it was the right place for them to get everything they need especially to trophy.
The citizen still has Ortega in its lineup but I'm not sure if he'll be chosen as the main goalkeeper. Manchester City still needs another goalkeeper to back up Ortega. So, I'm still expecting Manchester City to look for a reliable goalkeeper to fill this position.

If Ederson wants to leave Manchester City let him leave, he has done enough for the club and he has earn the right to seek for a fresh challenge esle where. Somehow Ederson is now beginning to realize that his starting position in the Manchester City team will come under competition since he Ederson has not been consistent this season due to multiple injuries, and Ortega has been drawing lots of praises lately and Guardiola will not want to have a player in his team that is prone to injury crisis. Ederson was unhappy when he was subbed during the Tottenham game, questioning the decision of the manager for removing him, even while it was obvious that he was unable to continue. One thing I like about pep is that he doesn't like keeping a player who is not submissive to his decisions, once he notice that you are questioning his judgements you will be out of the team. It is indeed a bit surprising if Chelsea top officials take a stance that is difficult to accept. Pochettino is fighting very well this season, I admit that Chelsea has started to find his best game and only needs one more season to prove Pochettino seriousness and his players are able to break into the top 4 or 5. demands from Chelsea officials? but this request is completely unreasonable. I remember when Tuchel took Chelsea quite far and then suddenly got fired just for stubborn reasons. Since Chelsea got rid of Roman Abramovich, the Blues management has often made very disappointing decisions.

In essence, it was after the Todd Boehly era that we started to see many controversial decisions at the Chelsea club. Starting from changing coaches and staff. And so forth. When it comes to Pochettino's future it seems like Manchester United and Bayern Munich both are interested. At least most recent rumours say that. If Manchester United parts ways with Erik ten Hag soon then I hope they would be patient with their new manager and take the right steps with the transfers as well. I don't know how many times I will say this but it is really important for them to recover. 

Bayern Munich seems in close contact with Kompany recently though. But maybe they are thinking of Pochettino as Plan B who knows. Recent updates I see on the internet are increasing the probability of seeing Kompany as their new manager.
