• Kepa to Chelsea confirmed. Kovacic (Real Madrid) also joins Chelsea on loan.
• Bernard (Shakhtar Donetsk) to Everton.
• Kalinic (AC Milan) to Atletico Madrid.
• Federico Fernández (Swansea) to Newcastle.
• Luciano Vietto (Atletico Madrid) to Fulham on loan.
• Jordan Ayew (Swansea) to Crystal Palace on loan.

Juventus are cleaning house, they are looking to find a new club for Sturao he is looking to join Sporting Lisbon after the EPL transfert market closed and no deal agreed between them and Watfor , Marchisio also close to leave Juve also Luca klemenza and Moise Kean to leave on loan deals this way Juve will cleared some of the extra players that they don't need.
Modric is looking to stay at Real Madrid after the club offered to renew his contract and made his salary Match Sergio Ramos so now he will be earning 10M euros i think that Real Madrid have done the least they can do to keep Modric Cristiano left which means they have freed his big Salary now only Gareth bale earns more then these two.

Fenerbahce have signed leicester city forward Slimani on a loan deal that will see the Algeria 30yo stay there for a full season.
Sevilla signs Andre Silva on loan from Ac Milain i expected to see Silva leave after the Arrival of Higuian since AC Milain payed a lot on him last season and didn't get the results the best solution is to loan him and see if he succeeds and then they can try to keep him again or sell him because keeping him on bench will not be good thing for both sides.

I think I stirred a confusion here, when I said "It shouldn't be that hard", I meant, even though Man United had a bad summer transfer session, it doesn't mean they would have a bad premier League session, they have a good squad, maybe not in terms of defense, but their attack and mid-field is really good. They have Sanchez, Lukaku, Pogba, Matic, Rashford( I guess he is still there), Martial.

I wouldn't be so sure on that. Mourhino is having a lot of disagreements and fights with his higher ups because they aren't giving him enough spending for transfers and they are asking him to sell players and get more money. But yeah, even I thought Boateng was loyal to Bayern. Damn, PSG has a very scary squad. Very scary.

I don't see him in the provisional line up so i guess he's definitely not going PSG. I think he's cut for the German giants and shouldn't make a mistake and move away from Bayern Munich because he looks perfect for the club and might not be able to play the same elsewhere.

They could be saving it for the winter transfer. They might think that the current team is enough but they should better be signing some new player to cover those that might got an injury. Im sure that they were trying to sign few player but they failed , that doesnt mean they are stopping just like that and end the season without signing anything

yeah Spurs now only team in the EPl that didn't participate in the summer transfert window but they renewed a lot of their main Stars like Kane, Son , Sanchez and Pochettinho it's weird that Pochettinho complained at the start of the summer that he is not getting the funds to make the transfert needed but after his meeting with Daniel Levy he renewed his contract and seemed lot happier and he even refused to take on the job of Zidane in Real Madrid it's like that they knew they cannot compete on the EPL and better just to try to finish in top 4 shouldn't be too difficult of a task since they kept all of their last season squad and as you mentioned they still have winter window to get the support they need.

Milan have Higuian now so I don't think that they will be aiming to add another striker unless if it was someone to Replace Andre Silva who left to Sevilla on loan and I think it's impossible now to get Morata specially when the summer transfer window for Chelsea ended and they only have Giroud and Morata u can't rely on Giroud alone so they will definitely will not be selling since they cannot replace himif he leaves.
 
Rabiot is insisting on leaving the parisien club after he declined a contract renew and his deal will run out at the end of the season so it's possible to see him move in winter if no agreement was reached between the two and I don't think that PSG will sell him this summer because only Barcelona wants him and they do not want to deal with them anymore so they will wait to see in winter if any EPL team is interested in him.
