Gareth Bale's game was not good enough this season because it was Real Madrid's management who wanted to sell him to another club but as you said earlier this player was too expensive to buy and if anyone could afford maybe the club was MU or PSG.

I think a few will be allowed to leave for the right price. Real need to build again. I think Isco, Asensio, Bale could leave, maybe more.

Where did you get this news about Morata? Didn't Real already sold him to Chelsea last season for about 50-60 million? Then he joined Atletico on loan from Chelsea. Maybe I am wrong since I am not a big fan of Morata and don't keep up close watch on his career but I am quite sure he wasn't Real player this season.

Furthermore, it seems they managed to convince Hazard to take number 7 (left empty after Ronaldo left) instead of his usual 10, which is currently in Modric possession. This will be very important in months to come to put dressing room attitude on healthy foundations. If they stripped Modric out of his number 10 I believe it would have caused friction later on in the season. Hazard is a world class player but he must be part of the team and not above it which Zidane knows well.

Some people say that over €100M for a 28yo with less than a year in his contract is too much money...I say that signing a guy in his prime that's in the 'Top 10 best players in the world' list for +100M is nothing but a great deal.  

Our signings so far: Militao (50M), Rodrygo (45M), Jovic (60M), Hazard (100M), that's 255M in total. Plus, Ferland Mendy, deal should be around 50M, and either Eriksen or Pogba, both over 100M, should give us a total of approximately 400M, much lower than the "500M budget" some people said Zidane had for this transfer window.

In my mind 100M for Hazard is much better investment then 60M for Jovic. Hazard is a proven class who will bring difference to the pitch immediately and they will get that much money (if not more) just from selling his shirts. On the other hand I believe Jovic will have a tough time earning his spot in first eleven and will probably end up on the bench or loaned to some club.

What they forgot is that Real Madrid hasn't spent much on players for a while now.
Their last Major Expensive signing was Gareth Bale in 2013 for £86M(€100M)

So signing Hazard for 100M+ six years later is very realistic according to Real Madrid's standards IMO.

Finally, We can now rest. The speculation about the transfer has been going on for far too long.

I'm happy for Hazard, he'd finally the get recognition he deserves, there couldn't have been a better time to move on, I wish him all the very best with his new club.
