I think that Paris Saint Germain could do better. If they want to be on top of the European football they need to sign top class players that would stem from popular clubs. I don't want to underestimate Seville but there are better clubs with better players.

They keep doing the same mistakes every damn year, overpaying very average players who bring almost zero to the team. As an example, Paredes cost 47M in January and he's been terrible since. And these guys refuse to leave when they realize they're just here to warm the bench. Their salary is way too high. They don't wanna go, no other team wants them and Paris is stuck with them. Herrera is free though (I'm talking about his transfer, not his salary of course).

It's not always about the names and the clubs on where they are playing for sometimes a player is a perfect match for the team that fits in their system, you'd be surprise that some hidden gems starts to bloom in their new club because of how the develop the player for the team. You can also say it the other way around even if they bought world class players it doesn't guarantee them that it will bloom and be their best just like how they performed in their previous club, everytime they buy a new player they are risking their money towards it.

Neymar & Mbappe are great players but they don’t fight every game for 90 minutes.

Paradoxically, the problem of Paris Saint Germain is the fact of having too much money and overpaying players who, having a very high salary, have no incentive to give 110% every minute they play. They don't need to overdo it because they already feel accomplished and know that other teams probably won't pay the same amount of money. However, Jamies Rodriguez is very close to Naples.

Rabiot will probably announce on 01/07/2019 for Juventus, after the start of the new financial season.
For who doesn't know the financial season ends on the last day of June.
not only Rabiot leaving PSG for the Bianconeri also buffon is looking for a comeback but he will be propably the back up keeper as Wocjiech Szczesny is more likely to be the numbrt 1 Buffon have already entered the final years of his career while Huve needs to rely on a keeper for couple more years.

Of course they will sign top players but not all signings have to be top players from top clubs all the time... Atleast a couple of players have to be from mid table teams in order to avoid the headache of fighting to balancing accounts.

And don't ever downplay someone because he's from a middle-class club. Just an example like CR7, he came from below but now he is at the top. That is why Sarabi has not chosen PSG wrong for future game development and career.

It makes more sense if Perin leaves Juventus because young players like him have to get more playing time he is a talented player and asset for the Italian country. I also thought the same thing because Buffon was too old to play as a goalkeeper. I think it would be a shame if Juventus lost him for good. His price is certainly below the value that Juventus paid for him since he hasn't featured a lot in the past season. It is not likely that Buffon will play for more then another 1-2 years and losing a potential top 3 Italian goal keeper would be a shame. I hope he just gets loaned out for the next season and comes back in 2 years.

He is the second goalkeeper this year played like 10 games and he made some errors, he is a good goalkeeper, nothing more. Paid 15 M€, they are talking about 20+ M€ if he leaves, is always a plus, in the end, Buffon if comes he will come for 0. He asked to leave since he knows he is a number 2 and on Juventus, there is a better goalkeeper than him atm. About goalkeepers, Donnaruma is close to PSG.

PSG does need some backup players but... this is not their priority at all ! They've been looking for a 6 ever since Thiago Motta left the club, they still don't have him. They also need a LB, maybe a GK and a RB. What do they expect signing guys like Jese, Kehrer, Bernat, Sarabia, Paredes, Guedes, Lo Celso... ? Those are decent players but what Paris needs first is a good, balanced starting 11. Instead of spending 20/30 millions here and there, they should first focus on signing a starter for the positions that are really needed.

So this week was dominated by goalkeepers. Cillessen leaving Barcelona for Valencia whereas Neto leaving Valencia for Barcelona. From the Italian land, rumors surging that Buffon returning to Juventus. It's really fun to see how different players have different priorities: 1. Cillessen who is experienced keeper and already won many trophies wants to play more and therefore moved to relatively smaller club. 2. Neto who is young player moved to Barcelona to play as second keeper because he wants to increase his trophies count. Last year he played 34 La Liga matches, god know how many will he play this year if Stegen remains fit. 3. Buffon who has nothing to proof, already won everything wants to end his career at his home hence moving back to Juventus.
On the other note, Barcelona is set to sign their biggest signing of this summer on July 1st. Among all potential signings, Griezmann name looks most probable and it is anticipated that Barca will sign him for €120M on 1st July.

I think Neymar could be their biggest signing, they're willing to pay more than 200M for him. Regardless, Messi, Suarez, Neymar, Griezmann...Valeverde can't play all of them, who do you guys think will be benched? Talking about spanish teams, let's talk about Real Madrid. Isco has been linked to Man City (please Pep, take him), Kovacic to Chelsea is almost done deal (45M), Odegaard will go to Real Sociedad on loan, and Theo Hernandez to AC Milan on loan. Arsenal seems to be interested in Dani Ceballos, they want a permanent deal but Real will only accept a loan. Finally, Van de Beek (Ajax) seems to be on RM's radar...wtf? How did we go from Pogba and Eriksen to this kid? We already have enough "young promising talents" (Rodrygo, Vinicius, Mendy, Brahim, etc), what we need are well established players

Maybe Messi? I think Suarez is on ice. He has poor season behind if we know his standards. I would not be surprised if Barca sells it. Also, I don't think that Barca can buy both, Neymar and Griezmann. Both are so expensive with high monthly costs, he already buys De Jong. Most real exchange Coutinho for Neymar plus money.

Regardless, Messi, Suarez, Neymar, Griezmann...Valeverde can't play all of them, who do you guys think will be benched? There is no space for 2 elephants in the room. Buying both Neymar and Griezmann is surely the waste of money. I still think Barca will buy only one of them and Griezmann has higher chance of getting picked. They can get Griezmann for nearly half the price of Neymar and still maintain their standard. You are also forgetting another name, yes, Dembele! If only Griezmann comes then Barca ain't gonna sell Dembele. So Barca front three would be from Messi, Griezmann, Dembele and Suarez. Now among these 4, Griezmann and Messi would be regular starters. The position of Griezmann will depend upon the selection between Suarez and Dembele. A fit Dembele is perfect choice to start from left wing and Griezmann can play as CF. Whereas if Dembele remains injured like he was at most of the times last season then Suarez would most probably start as CF and Griezmann on the left wing. There is another very interesting aspect in Barca team. Everyone knows Suarez isn't at his best from last 1-2 years. He is almost done. However, Suarez himself believes so? I guess not! He still takes pride in his game and demands regular start. So if Barca bench him for most of the times in first half of the season, I won't be surprised to see him leaving Blaugrana in winter transfer for some other club.

Not much happened really so far but I expect big transfers to start happening in the next 3-4 weeks. Lots of top players are still at Copa America so they can’t deal with club transfers now, they’re fully occupied on the Copa. Sometimes all it takes is one big move & it sets off a chain reaction. Will be interesting, let’s see.

The transfer window is really boring so far. I expected that European clubs will sign European players fast in order to reserve them. Let's hope that after Copa America teams will be more active. I hope to see Messi winning Copa America with Argentina and getting transferred to PSG!
