which makes me wonder whether they intend to sell Neymar or not?

This is the big question for neymar transfers.
Many clubs already want to get neymar on a transfer this summer, but PSG always reject the offer. So, I did think about it "is PSG serious about neymar transfers?" The basic reason PSG refused is usually related to the low prices offered by other clubs for neymar.
I continue to wait for the certainty of neymar transfer and where will I play for this season.

I think they do want to sell him
Probably they reject the offers because they want to get more from transferring him.
If they don't sell him in this transfer window, then his price is going to drop (as I think that it would be difficullt to let him play in the first line-up).

IMO that's the dumbest news I've heard in this transfer window. Does anyone actually believe that Real Madrid made that offer and, not just that, but that PSG rejected it? Really dissapointed on L'equipe for releasing such garbage article.

Real Madrid is Real Madrid. Florentino Perez is Florentino Perez. They will always fight for the right, possibility and pure pleasure of making a mess for Barcelona. That's just what they do. And vice versa.

I didn't rule out the possibility of us making an offer (even several offers) for Neymar since Florentino is obsessed with him, I was talking about this particular offer that L'equipe mentioned (100M + 3 players). This bid is just plain absurd and almost comical, we're weakening our squad by letting 3 world-class players go in exchange for 1 (why would we do that?) while at the same time we're going to strenghten a potential Champions League rival (why would PSG reject this offer?). I just don't believe it.

This just in: Pedrerol (tier 1 for RM news) just said that no one from Real Madrid is in Paris to negotiate for Neymar^[1]. I think this is in response to the recent article from Marca that says that Real Madrid sent someone to talk to PSG about a possible deal^[2].

I believe Mandzukic is smart enough to know his line of play does not fit in with Barca strategy or else we'll see a replication of Barcelona been a bed of career-ending as some people you to say.
The player is still young though.

Did you say young? Mario mandzukic is 33 years old, that's in no way young if you ask me, he is way past his peak/prime.
Mandzukic to Barcelona would be an unwise move for the player as he'll see limited playing time, and I know he'll be briefed about that should the deal be on the verge of pulling through.

Mandzukic is definitely coming to be a backup and he better think twice if that's what he needs at this stage of his career, he'll eventually become surplus to requirement at some point and be moved on, just as Barca did you Boateng last season, a club with a lesser pedegree would fit Mario more.

Neymar transfer saga should end now as he wants to join only Barcelona, and PSG should respect his wishes and allow him to leave and then buy Dybala as his replacement. If he joins Barcelona then Suarez shall move to Juventus, but the question remains will Higuain go out on a loan again or he’ll just warm the bench for Juventus.

Sarri is a very rigid coach that may not want to try new players in the forward position, I wont be disappointing if Higuain starts ahead of Ronaldo, cause he held the record of 36 season goal under his supervision in previous years. Suarez wont be at Juventus after the transfer market, am very sure of that.

Compare the record of Mandzukic to Higuan for the past 4 seasons, you will understand that Mandzulic is just over rated and age is not on his side. He shouldn't be top striker for any competitive top club at his stage in his career.

Agree here, if I were Thomas Tuchel or any other PSG-representative I would be happy with Navas + 1x0.000.000 € but getting James and Bale into the squad...? Not even Bayern decided to go the "easy way" (activating the buy-clause for James, even though it was "laughable low in 40Mio-area), instead they did try signing several others for that position.

Getting James+Bale into a squad will be quite a though task (not to speak about their salaries...) so I feel that this deal, even though it sounds kind of interesting, isn´t interesting to PSG at all.

I can understand why PSG are disinterested in this deal, James and bale aren't the most in form players in the world at the moment, and with the amount they'll cost Psg, most especially on salary basis, it doesn't look too attractive for them.

I think Madrid already know that this players may not have any more to offer them, and they are looking for a way to ship them out for a single better player in Neymar.
Madrid should either come out with just cash only or give them more players that would attract PSG's interest.

As for the transfers. Two different cases. One player that finally reaches the higher level and two that have to build-up from scratches. I'm cheering for Hirving Lozano since the last World Cup, a hell of a winger. The explosive, magical technique, great dribbling. Everything suggests that he should strengthen an Italian side.

Renato and Alexis? If it would be 2016, I will surely treat their transfers as hits but nowadays... They're in a really big hole of their careers. Renato for 3 years, Alexis for about 2. In theory, they could come back to greatness but they can get even deeper into their holes as well. At least for now, their transfers are the puzzle for me.

Regarding the borrowing of Alexis Sanchez, both Manchester United and Inter milan were actually doing just fine, but it was true that in the final seconds Manchester United decided to postpone the agreement.
