Luuk de Jong is currently on loan at Barca so I think he will go back to Sevilla. Maybe Barca are looking to replace then? Maybe they can venture for Haaland.

As Jose Mourinho once said to several Manchester United players, one of them Marcus Rashford, that he would not be the main sticker. Right from time Arsenal is known for giving their best players or strikers to Manchester United. Example of this is Robin Van Persy and Sanchez. Arsenal did not give them to Manchester United because they flopped, No. They were instead in their prime when they came to Manchester United. World class striker is a bit of too much. Yeah we do need a good striker but a world class striker will take a toll on our budget. I think someone young with potential to become a world class striker would be sufficient enough. We are slowly building up and I think it should go that way. Rashford is an experience striker coupled with the fact that he had been playing in the EP league for quite some times, a switch over to Arsenal isn't a bad idea, Arsenal needed a formidable striker goal poacher like Rashford which had been lacking in their team with reference to some of their previous matches where Lacazette wasn't effective, Rashford is just 24 with age on his side and teaming up with other Arsenal youngsters like Smith Rowe, Odegaard, Martinelli, Saka etc would form a dreadful team capable of winning trophies, however his signing is subject to if Arsenal is willing to pay as much £250,000 his weekly wages.

I have read it a couple of times that a player says he moved to a team coached by Pep majorly because of pep is the coach, so yes i think i can agree with you, his philosophies are second to none, and he has the ability to discover hidden talents in players, even in positions they ordinarily never imagined they will fluorish in. Look at Kimmich at Bayern, Pep came in and completely gave him a new role, one in which be shone outstandingly, Pep is also synonymous with success, so if you play for a Guardiola team, chances are high you'll achieve a great deal of success.

Having said that, it must also be understood that Pep is very demanding as a manager, he tends to push his players to their limits, and you must be ready to follow his instructions to the letter or else you will be left out of the team, but overall playing under Guardiola should be a good experience for most players.
