The news about Ronaldo leaving Man United I think it has been around for a long time but it is always associated with how bad Man United's game is at the moment but the issue continues until this news comes back I am also not sure he will just leave.
For me, seeing Ronaldo's large salary is not the main problem. I see Ronaldo's game is still quite aggressive even at an old age, so I think this news is still not confirmed to be true.
He can survive maybe with his new coach later.

He is giving his best but its some players who are taking the team back. I would say in order for United to back on track again, they need to revamp the squad. There are some players which needs to be replaced and find better replacements. Attacking mid, wings and strikers are good but they need some changes in defensive midfield and center back.

Regarding coach, I don't think Rangnick is leading the team badly. He has done great ever since he arrived, maybe because of the status of the team everyone expects them to just keep on getting wins in their fixtures but compared to Ole he has done very well. Also, United has changed lot of coaches and they never had much success with anyone.. does bringing Ten Haag or some other change things up for sure? if yes then how well was their intuition earlier with the coaches hired. They need to bring in changes in squad also.

Another reason why Xavi was interested in signing him is because he has a style of play that is considered to be in line with Barcelona's philosophy. I don't think Barcelona are interested just because he is a quality player, but it has to be in line with Barcelona's philosophy. Look at what Xavi has to say about Dybala, so signing Barcelona is not only about how great a player is at scoring goals but they also have to have something similar to Barcelona's style of play.
And this kind of principle is hard to find in other clubs. Given is considered too conventional for a club era in this century. Xavi has shown extraordinary values and philosophy. Barcelona is now looking to return to the path where the Barcelona era had talented players. Now may be the right time to rethink Barcelona's philosophy.

There have been numerous theories as to why Marcus Rashford's form has dipped so significantly for Manchester United this season. And to why there have been reports around him leaving the club and joining a new club. People  say that it's the manager's fault, he doesn't work hard enough, he's been injured, he's just not that good, it's Cristiano Ronaldo's fault; it's the club's fault and other reasons. I don’t  see him leaving anytime soon. Manchester United's hierarchy considers him part of a critical group of core players they want to preserve. So I think Marcus Rashford's departure from United will be difficult.
I like that Marcus Rashford's future at Manchester United is currently attracting plenty of speculation just probably that will be push him to work hard and bounce back to his best. The truth is Rashford is not proven goal scorer hence it is difficult for Manchester United to play as a striker, he has been pretty effective from the wings but he has actually decline drastically this season and I don't if any big team will ever bid for him at the moment.

Well, will this be the right decision? I don't think so, they now have too many strikers up front so it will be very difficult for Xavi to sign another striker even if they need it. I'd rather have him look for the Backline now because there are still a few leaks there than keep looking for Strikers now.
there are already several names of strikers who want to be brought in but there is still no word on him recruiting a back line.

You are right that Barcelona have many centre-forward players now. They have four of them. On the other hand, I believe they have one actually and that is Aubameyang. Braithwaite has been injured for a long time and we don't know how good he will play later on. Depay is likely to leave as far as I've heard and I don't see him as a centre-forward. He is more of a winger actually. And Luuk de Jong is far away from being a good striker now.
Yep, there are 4 center-forwards currently but probably only Aubameyang will stay in the next season. Barcelona may need 1-2 new central forwards, but they must be not a center-forward that wants to play regularly. I am really sure that Aubameyang will be the main center-forward of Barcelona, so he possibly is a permanent CF in Barcelona starting lineups. If there are 1-2 new CF, they must be ready to sit on the bench and may play in the second half of each match. So, I doubt if a CF like Lewandowski or Haaland wants to agree with this situation.

I don't know maybe Barcelona can change the system a little bit and prefer a tactic with two centre-forwards. Otherwise, the situation would be like that and most probably Aubameyang would be benched then. Because I wouldn't expect him to perform bigger than either Lewandowski or Haaland. But in any case, Barcelona need another good striker like Aubameyang now. Because they can have some problems when he gets injured for example. They had better increase the alternatives.

Cristiano Ronaldo is getting very old now but he is still performing very good. He is a legend and his physique is still very solid. He can continue to make a big contribution to the team actually. But if Manchester United don't manage to qualify for the Champions League, then he would really leave the team. And Manchester United would need to fill his place with a very solid striker.
it's not as easy as you say regarding Cristiano Ronaldo future at Manchester United. Ronaldo physique is no longer as good as when he was active at Real Madrid last year or has decreased considering his age. but when compared to some other players like Messi and Neymar, Ronaldo is more muscular.

Ronaldo will probably leave Manchester United before he chooses to retire. I'm sure his last club was Sporting Lisbon. but he wants to give his best to Manchester United even though when he returns to Old Trafford from Santiago Bernabeu can not help move far in the UCL and Ronaldo still has a chance to help Manchester United qualify for the European League next season.
It is amazing that Cristiano Ronaldo in his so-called worst season of his career is at the age of 37 playing in arguably hardest and best league in the world. He  has managed to be crowned player of the month and won the goal of the month in the league.  True, he is not at his best but he is still by far Manchester United best player this season with 3 player of the month awards for United, I think fans are judging him poorly and the truth is this version of Ronaldo will even do better with team like Manchester City or PSG.

Manager is not giving him chances and is looking forward to better options to him. I think he still can be back in form if handed chances and to prove himself. Ever since star players came in the team players like Martial, Lingard and Rashford have gotten out of favour and there was once a time when these three were the goalscorers for the team.

Take Lingard for example and his form when he was at loan at Hammers. He wasn't getting chances at United and whatever chances he got, he wasn't able to make much impact and fans thought he was out of form but at West Ham he came in mid-season and in 16 games he scored 9 goals and 5 assists which was a huge contribution and helped West Ham last season. Similarly, I think if given chances, Rashford also could do well.

I heard that Neymar doesn't want to leave PSG, according to him he's fine in france. well I don't see any advantage for neymar and messi at PSG, they haven't contributed to PSG being able to win the games, on the contrary, neymar doesn't play often, he spends every season without being able to play more than 70% of the games, he's even being mocked by PSG supporters, but even so, he will remain at PSG. I hope the next PSG coach puts order in PSG
Yep, he's still quite comfortable it seems like he's at PSG even though some fans are slowly disliking him and some of them are booing but it seems he's still quite comfortable here.
But I think it will only be a matter of time before he is wasted, his form is starting to regress now and it has been especially so this season.
besides that he is now over 30 which means there are only a few years left for him to be in a tough competition.

I don't think it's Neymar's or Messi's fault, but it's PSG's management in recruiting a coach. I think PSG's slump in the international league is because they recruited a less qualified coach. With rumors circulating that PSG will sign Zidane I am sure that next season will get a title on the international stage.
The truth is it is easy to point fingers at the star players but anyone blaming Messi or Neymar is just been sentimental. The actual problem of PSG is management/technical department which is where Pochettino comes in. The coach is the main reason they got knocked out of the UEFA champion's league and he is responsible for their poor performance recently.

Barcelona isn't a team that is familiar with 2 center-forwards, they only need 1 CF. If they forced themselves to use 2 center-forwards, it can impact a bad performance on their attacking line. Barcelona is better to not risk themselves by using a different formation or strategies in the attacking line. Regarding Aubameyang, why does he need to be benched? He must play regularly in a starting lineup since he can contribute very well. Changing him with another CF, may bring a bad impact on his mentality. I am worried that Aubameyang is starting to feel not comfortable in Barcelona.

^  It's all about the money for guys like Ronaldo.  As I've been saying in these parts...  Not everyone is a Steven Gerrard.  He's prolly the only classy guy in European football after 2010.

As for him staying at United, I doubt it.  Not with how we saw that he's more of a liability than an asset in terms of when the manager is setting up the squad.  The manager seems to have to adjust his strategy and how he wants the squad to play because Ronaldo lacks some defensive skill sets.

Edit:  This is weird.  Sporting Lisbon is favorite to acquire Ronaldo this summer.  :/

https://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/cristiano-ronaldo/club-after-summer-transfer-window
I do agree that it's quite possible for people to "work for money". I mean let's be honest, if you were offered a lot more pay from some other company than where you are working right now, wouldn't you leave? We are making a big deal out of these players who stay at the same club when they can get more from somewhere else. That's a nice gesture and a good loyalty of course, but this is their job and they can't make this kind of money after they retire, sure could make "some" money but not the type of money they are making when playing.

It means that they need to extract the maximum amount of money they possibly could from teams to continue to earn like this.

Neymar, who is already 30 years old, has indeed undergone a difficult period while playing at PSG, not only is he prone to injury, Neymar is also
very inconsistent. This makes PSG fans often mock Neymar lately, therefore there are rumors that Neymar will plan to return to Barcelona next
season, but it turned out that Neymar gave a statement that he still wanted to stay at PSG. And also Neymar wants to prove to PSG supporters
that they misjudged him. Therefore Neymar is quite motivated to stay at PSG next season, after all Neymar's salary is very high, if he decides
to move to Barcelona he will have to lower his salary considerably. Because Barcelona does have a limited salary slot, so Barcelona can't send
Neymar back with Neymar's current salary. I think Neymar is already 30 years old, he must have been thinking more about retirement plans,
so he definitely didn't want to lower his salary. Hopefully next season Neymar can find his best form again, so PSG did not spend money in vain
to pay Neymar's very high salary.

Ronaldo cares about competing in the Champions League a lot even now too. And it looks like Manchester United are going to have some trouble about finishing the season in top 4. If they don't make it, I think that he will think of leaving the team seriously. And at that point, maybe PSG would like to intervene and sign him. And Ronaldo wouldn't say no to that I guess. But I don't know how good it can be to have Messi and Ronaldo at the same team. It is doubtful if they can play good together.

Some rumors from a very reliable source:

Rudiger is asking 20milions bonus at the sign (as a free agent) and a net salary, taxes excludes, of 10m.

At least it is what their agents asked in the meeting in Spain that happened yesterday.

Depending he has impressive performance with Leeds United I think Barcelona will not agree pay above 35 millions euro actually right now Barcelona have many option with winger position, I think all primer league player have greatest values than their quality and looks not matching with how achievement trophy with his club. Better move target with Paulo Dybala as free transfer player and have more experience than Raphinha actually Paolo Dybala not extended his contract with Juventus and give another winger option for Xavi Hernandez next season.

He must realise that sooner or later he will have to lower his standards. Even if Manchester United qualify for the Champions League next year, they definitely won't make it to the quarter-finals. At least I don't think so. There are too many opponents who play times better than the English

Well, there is still no certainty and indeed what they want by bringing Ronaldo there apart from the fans' profits, not the trophy.
Ronaldo and Messi were players but their eras are fading now especially with Ronaldo's age it's quite hard to come to terms with if they want to make a contract to fulfill a desire in the UCL.
Ronaldo is one of the best players but that doesn't mean they don't think about age in my opinion

I agree with you, Ronaldo loves playing in the champions league he is well known as the champions league king because he holds the record for the highest goal scorer and the highest assist in the champions league history. So making a player of that standard lose his place in the champions league might damage his record, a record that he took time to create. if Manchester United failed to qualify for the UEFA champions league next season I think Ronaldo will leave the club, and going to a team like PSG might be accepted by him, but to me playing the same club with Messi won't work caused there is a saying ( two captains can't sail in same ship) there era is almost ending so to me a move to Bayern Munich will be the best.

In this situation, a lot depends on which person will lead Manchester United as head coach at the end of the season, as well as who will be the head coach at Paris Saint-Germain. Undoubtedly, participation in the Champions League is a priority for Ronaldo and therefore I can hardly imagine that the player will stay at the club if Manchester United cannot get into the Champions League for next season. Another question is that this does not mean a move to Paris Saint-Germain at all, although I think the club bosses also keep this option in mind, given Mbappe's likely departure from the club. As a result, my attitude to this option is such that I am not completely sure of the viability of the duo of Ronaldo and Messi, but I would still really like to see it Grin

Everyone loves Neymar, he is a super amazing footballer no doubt, but I think the problem is sometimes it is difficult for him to maintain a mental state in the game, there are times you'd want him to minimize the time he hold on to the ball and just let his team finish the game up but those times, he tends to do otherwise. Deciding to remain at PSG seems to me as a wise choice even though the fans there are unusually ungrateful for having a player of his status playing for them. Neymar is still among the top three players in the world and on his day, you don't want your team to play against him.
