They did something similar when Mbappe wanted to leave some season's ago and they were successful, so i'd not rule it out from happening again. I have heard rumors that Al Hilal also made an offer equal to Al Arabi and my question is why did Marco Verratti choose to join Al Arabi when the SPL seems more popular at the moment?

Previously Arsenal put Partey's name on the sell list in last summer's transfer but provided that there were clubs who dared to bid at a suitable price for this player.

To be fair Nagelsmann is still free agent, and I believe that he would be the biggest name they could get. That dude is AMAZING at picking players, I would hire him as head/chief scout for any team in the world and there won't be any better, BUT he is not a tactician. I believe that he is young enough to do this for at least 20+ years as well if he could get some success. Sevilla was a very important player like de bruyne. Seilling him to another club will become another mistake from pep. Manchester city has been loosing gundogan which has been deciding to join in barcelona.
