I think that xabi will leave from leverkusen in the upcoming season. Im not seeing any chance for him to be coached by ancellotti I think that it doesn't even matter a lot on which club that he will be loaned as long as he will able to get the regular time to play in the main squad and that's good enough.

Comparing Xabi and Xavi based on their performances with their respective teams won't be fair because these teams weren't on the same level. Leverkusen when Xabi took over had to start from scratch to build up to where they are now but Barcelona has more advantages and quality squad but Xavi failed to capitalize on his assets.

 So far Xabi has been a good boss and his methods have worked perfectly for Leverkusen. One would wonder how he managed to put up such feat for the team considering the spot he picked them from. It's one quality that can definitely be found in a good manager. Leverkusen have been impressive in all rounds and it's surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too.

Graham Potter is a manager who has seemed successful with average level teams. He did great with Brighton before for example. We couldn't see the same when it comes to Chelsea but Chelsea's problem is much bigger than having the right manager. If Graham Potter is brought to West Ham and he has a good chemistry with the team maybe he could have a similar run to the one he had with Brighton. 

I hope that was a fucking joke from westham. How can this club put potter as a candidate to replace moyes? at least give moyes sometime to recover the performance from the club. We do know that how bad potter when he was managin chelsea. His achievement in the brighton was not that good to.
It's weird to think that if moyes to be replaced with graham potter. I strongly disagree with this caused by westham has been performing better under moyes. Signing the new coach will not solve the problem faced by the club. Moyes deserves more time to help club back to the right track again.

Really? My first time to hear this but i was not expecting this to happen. Westham was climbing up last season then it goes down to the groun in a short time. Im thinknig that if this is gonna be very interesting news to be seen.
