In my opinion, if it's very impossible for bayern to get zidane as he never talked about the possibility of going to the bundesliga. As far as i know that if zidane prefers to go back in la liga os serie a instead of bundesliga, Bayern has not yet tried to approach him but i guess that bayern will do that soon.
I was also feeling so upset with the performance showed by tuchel. It feels like that tuchel has no place anymore in the squad. This makes officials are hunting the new coach.

Mbappe has two choices right now.

1. He gets more money from PSG
2. He gets better career as a footballer in real madrid.

His salary at Real Madrid may be lower, but his total income is not sure lower if Mbappe come to Real Madrid. Actually, it wasn't Mbappe who had to adjust to Madrid finances, Madrid had offered him a large salary but Mbappe refused. You may still remember that moment. These young and promising players achieved their fame playing together in the team of Girona. It's good for them to achieve the limelight and bring them to the global market but their moving out of Girona is going to hurt the team. Girona is not a large team by the money it has and can afford. It's relative success is due to the efficient management of the money they  have. They are not going to be competitive in long run from the larger teams. I would honestly love to see the lad back, leaving the Premier League on loan has been such a great eye opener, I don't doubt whatever he brings into the squad but then, his return would be difficult though nothing seems impossible. Can't speculate with Zidane future will be Bayern Munich manager or not because he was reject many top teams offer and more prefer spend his time with family, after leaving Real Madrid since 2021 Zidane never got deal with any other team for signing him. Manchester United almost close for signing him but Zidane seems not happy with England culture and he can't adapt well with England language.
I doubt with Bayer Munich manager approach will make Zidane acceptable their offering after bad result under Thomas Tuchel and Bayern Munich's management ty to sign Zidane.
Payment salary seems not problem for Zidane, he can earn higher salary by accepting Saudi Pro League team offer but he most waiting the best time return to be football manager.

Is coach the problem of the club? I don't think so because the board are too quick to change coach simply because he failed to win vital matches for the club, don't forget the exact same coach is suffering from his end to fixed himself into the system. Now that he will play in a more competitive league, I'm very curious to know how he will perform, although the Spanish league cannot be considered one of the most difficult...
