I don't know what the private motives are that Zidane might or might not have. Whether it is the family why he declined some offers or whether the offers were just not what he was looking or waiting for, I can't tell.

But he has said a few things about his criteria upon which he bases his decision on whether the train a club or not. I would clarify that Nagelsmann did not leave at the end of the season, but at the very height of it, and by the way, technically at that moment Bayern continued to claim the most important titles - the Bundesliga and the Champions League.
A similar thing can (and should) happen to Tuchel. Everything is bad in Bavaria and something needs to be changed before it’s too late. I don't understand why wait until summer.
As for his plans, they say that he will return to England - either to Liverpool, or to United, or to the England national team.

What would be amazing could be Bayern getting Mbappe. Not that it would be easy, they have 25 million euro as the highest player on their club, Mabppe makes more than 25, he makes around 60, which means that they can't afford him.
